Hello Fello IC members...some of you may know me ....and some of you prolly don't...been a Member for almsot a year...but thats not the issue...

i Think i may have F'd up big tme or maybe not i just dont know....let me tell the story behind it....

Due 2 some previous reasons i had a clean veg and flower....i started out with new strains..now last week i put all the girls into flower after a 35 a 40 day vegtime....i think there on 12/12 9 dayzzz or so...


Meanwhile i separated the males into my almost empty vegroom...(exept for some clones of the new strains....)

Nway 2 night i pickt out the nicest males 2 put them appart away from the flowering room and some pollen got spilled..i know witch one....a TW x Straw D male....well normally it could't hurt coz the rooms are separated with a fan and filfer
But now comes the problem..... after spilling 1 male flowern i see that the filter between the rooms is NOT connected so i turn it off instantly...
Imagine for a sec....got 2 rooms next 2 eaxh other....the vegroom has air from outside but blows into the flowerroom and the flowerrrom has its own supportsystem.....

now i know the girls will be pregnated..even if they are only 1 week on 12:12 ....so i'm asking and wondering what my damage is gonne be....
will the flower be full with seeds after maturing ...or will only the pistels that are pollinated make seeds....i never tryed it so soon on my plants...

i did't spill that much...for my defence ...
or is it all a waste....?

I think the only thing you can do my friend is just wait and see, kind of like having unprotected sex with a stranger, did I catch something, is she pregnant?
It could turn out to be a blessing in disguise, you could always have seeds for future grows

Outch man, I feel your pain... But don't panic just yet.

From my experience (outdoors) having a male and a fem next to eachother is not a major problem, unless the fem's are at the right level of development to accept pollen (and start producing seeds).

I realize this whn trying to make controlled beans, and then realising that there was hardly anything on the selected branch, coz I had done it too early. In my humble opinion, only 9 days of 12/12 shouldn't be much of a prob. You MIGHT have some seeds ( but I wouldn't say enough for a "spoiled" crop).

What I would personaly do with the current situation is to make sure that both air systems are working, and that any pollen that might have been left free-floating in the Flow room is disposed. From there, take it as ussual.

Look at it this way: You get some extra seeds, you know what's the cross, and you can overgrow!

lol i read this yesterday and i felt releaved...i got the same advise in a other thread so it woz't something 2 freeak out about.....it suckt not having it under control...but we'll see ...not gonne end it ..i would of culled some off if the buds mature fully seeded...but it seems its not

both systems are working ..just had 2 connect the tube 2 the canister..

got a few things that happend meanwhie ...that abusive kushhaze male that supposed 2 be feminised ...a unsuspected release of pollen ...and got only 12 girls over....i had 2 cut some coz of hermie'g...my olny Mermory Loss trew some balls and a TW x StrawD also had some hanging 2 ..its a sad day for me.... ...well positive side more light for the other girls ....1200 W on ma mover will do them 12 girls justice...

and these are my Mentall flosses....2 bottom right and the middle in the upper line ....got 3 girls ...growing verry tight internodes...got atleast 4 mains on them all...i know what great smoke she is ..so she needs 2 perform from the first run....


and this is a TW x StrawD cross going good and she's verry tall...she's as big as my sativa/indica hybrids...
i modified the pic coz she woz a little blurry...no color work...hehehe



well my friends time go's so fast ...i can already taste'm..

I too had a bad experience with fem seeds. I bought a pack out 12 and so far got 2 pure males and a hermie. I'm sure it was just a regular pack posed as feminized now. Could just have been a misplaced seed too.

As always I'll sit and wait for more of your wonderfull updates

the seeds were prety cheap tho,for 40 bucks for a kushhaze cross reg or fems is a deal
as long as you dont get 100%males that would suck

yea they where quite cheap...35$ i think it woz.....i have popt 1/2 a pack and got 4 girls and 1 male.....i still have the male....i woz just wondering if it can be used for ofspring....woz asking myself the question if it could have hemie tendensies...

ohw ojd dont veg'm 2 long ...they get big ....i'm over 1.6 meters already...and have no room anymore...hehehe gonne have 2 bend here and there ....i think i gave'm about 35 a 40 days.....2 long for my setup that is :wink:

i vegged them for 2 long....i knew i would have some hight issues but not like this...they are rockets....all 4 of'm....with pot they are about 6 feet ...1.70m..and stratch is't over yet.....second week in so they will stretch some more ...gonne have 2 resort 2 bending in a few....

hey tnkx, maybe purpil strains r not that potent but they'r sure lovely but i gotta try purpil someday right now i got 3 chronic girls & for my next grow Aurora Indica was my choice, seeds r on their way here, but i allways loved to grow some purpil but i don't know if u have to be experienced to grow it i think i'll try some purpil strain on my third grow. tc dude.
