What to use and when,

I have three nutrients to try ( head masta bud xl and green sensation ) can I use together im 4 week of flower just asking for advice really on what others do / do not cheers

I would not mix them at all. You can do more harm than good. Only use one flowering booster if you want to.

What is your main fertilizer?
It's easy to give too much of something when a lot of products from different manufacturers are being combined. One product line is often optimized for best results.

Hi so far in veg used A&B rootbastic then start of flower for 4 weeks used A&B Pk 9/18 I’m now going onto one of the ones I asked the question on eg green sensation bud xl and head masta but as I wasn’t sure if you could use a combination of them

I use the cheapest base nutes available with no additional products. Don’t feed the snake oil salesman.
