i used to do 7 to 7, then daylight savings hit, and it switched to 6 to 6, i liked it better, gave me an extra hour of light to work before getting to bed...of course i don't really use 6 to 6 because i knock off 15 minutes every week ending at 9 hours light, 15 hours dark, but i take those from the morning, so that the lights still turn on at 6 everyday, and i still get that extra hour to work
