Your local linemen who are likely working overtime, and on an amphetamine diet. After major storms and wide-spread outages here, they've brought linemen in on contract making INSANE money per hour, and working through the night in winter, climbing poles and dealing with downed lines, sometimes finding out the hard way that some folks with home generators have failed to close the switch, and are feeding power back into the lines. OUCH and Oops..
