Borrowed 11 older 1-gallon milk jugs from my grow room to fill with tap water to freeze in order to pre-cool my better coolers for the trip to Chitina. Getting serious about smoking a shitload of sockeye salmon (and maybe a king) now. I smell burning green alder wood in my nose's mind's memories of the walk-in smoker.
