The Gregg Allman 'Laid Back' Lp was my farewell party Lp that played all night at a friend's house in SW Michigan in 1976 when I was headed for the Upper Peninsula under duress, after running legal battles with local gendarmes over substances and otherwise had reached a more dangerous point. Still have it on vinyl, CD and cassette.

That tune (These Days) figured prominently.
