I never said they are bad for the money (although i do think they are). ALot of people have had problems with them, even for the same price you could find better seeds. Nirvana is one of my least favorite seedbanks, and i would take choose them over kc brains anyday, if i HAD to choose. KC brains may produce decent buds, but nowhere near alot of other strains that cost around the same price, and like i said i've heard mostly nothing but problems from people who have had experiences with kc brains. Go with mandala, motarebel, seedsman, TFD, possibly female seeds (I tend to stay away from fem seeds though, but have heard good things about fms) if on a budget. Mandala provides landrace genetics of fine quality for very cheap, hashberry i believe is like $15 on seedbay, and the includes freebies from gypsy. Motarebel provides very fine crosses of high quality (strains you'd pay $150+ for) for $25 a pack. In his crosses he uses strains such as g13, og kush, bubba kush, herijuana, yumbolt, black widow, cherry bomb II, grapefruit, etc...not to mention the place who carries them give out VERY nice freebies (right now they are giving freebies of sour diesel x jack herer). I personally haven't had experiences from seedsman, TFD, or female seeds..but have heard nothing but very positive reviews from them.

Heres another few breeders that have good, cheap genetics that i just thought of:

Woodhorse- they do alot of crosses and regular well known strain such as trainwreck, chemo, lui, herijuana, grapefruit, etc. The only problem is, the only place i know of to purchase them (meduser) doesnt ship to the U.S unless you are a highly regarded member of their forum, and only by donation (kind of lame if you ask me)

paradise- They have a few strains that are cheap, but very nice. Durga mata and belladonna to name the 2 main ones, i know there are more but i havent heard much about them. Durga mata is supposed to be very frosty, and be fairly stable. Belladonna is supposed to be a good yielder and produce some very nice smoke.

M.O.D- i'm sure most of you are familar with him, and as most of you know his strains are for sale on seedbay. Very nice crosses. His reputation speaks for itself.

Annac- I think i may of mentioned this earlier in the thread, but buck sells some very nice strains all for cheap. I can't recommend any certain ones as they are all good lol.

tiki- The tikimix from them is very cheap, i have heard there are usually some very good mothers to be found in their mix packs. I believe it's only like $17 a pack.

Also, make sure to keep an eye out on seedbay for some untested genetics and specials...i have come across some very good deals on there, just gotta spot them at the right time.

here's my suggestion - Nirvana Seed's Jock Horror, only US$15...alot of strains that cost ten times as much should wish for quality as good as this one...I was very impressed with this Nirvana strain

JH flowers for 10 or 11 weeks, good vigor, easy to grow, lovely smell, big buds, the potency is easy as strong as Cinderella 99 but JH has a better high that is a combo of warm happy feelings + trippy haze..it looks like a 60% sativa/40% indica hybrid with a high that leans more to the sativa side....it's a nice strain for beginners to grow that will give high quality results for a low outlay!

AK48 is another Nirvana strain I've grown that almost always produces great results ....the potency is well above average and they finish flowering in around 8 weeks (from seed after 5 weeks veg)

can't vouch for that strain from experience, but it has to be worth a shot

well, actually I don't think I have one good answer to that.All the strains mentionned by other users are amazing crosses...if I can help you choose easily, I'll say you can get any of those and be amazed by the results.I'd choose some sativa dominant strain though if you're around the ecuador.My choice is cinnamon from female seeds, but I didn't grow them yet so I can't tell ...growing a jack herer female seed near the ecuador for 4$ must be something though

I haven't had any experience with them, because i don't want to. There may be some people who have had good experiences with them, but i hear more bad than good. I have heard a few of their strains are alright, namely the ones namkha posted. I know of several places (the ones i listed) that sell better genetics, for about the same price. I have alot of cheap strains that i bought not too long ago, although i usually spend a lot on seeds...it's quality for me, and if the cheap seeds are of good quality then i go for them. I mean, i just spent over $1200 on new equipment...so i don't like to cheap out on seeds either, but like i said if i come across a cheap pack of seeds that i feel are of good quality i will grab them. The reason i spend alot on seeds, is because USUALLY the breeders who charge alot for their seeds, are known for quality genetics. But there are a few cheap genetics i feel are right up there with the $100+ strains, the ones i listed above.

I would like to rule out KC Brains just because of all the bad reviews and I am really looking for the best "overall" value for no more then $25 (but at lest that much). I have grown not all but some Nirvana and Mandala strains and altho very good I think there's something better out there.

i would go with bubblelicious i dont think i have ever heard a bad report about it, and u stated that u didnt really like the couch lock high which makes it perfect if u are after the more dreamy floaty indica/sativa high
