What is the best overall under $25 Strain?

I make it a priority that I NOT PAY inflated prices for beans,, don't get me wrong I am not cheap just jewish LOL (i can joke cause I am)
In the past year I have gotten the OG kush S1 for $60(not the inflated $1,000 price lately) and have been lucky to snag Casey Jones for $40 and some of MOD's beans and got the Biko from annaC for $30
SO as you can see you can get GREAT genetics just by being smart
and like I said I am not cheap recently I just went "BIG" and got the StrawDeez from Rez that was $120 most i have ever spent but figured I was lucky enough to see them so I didn't hesitate and am soo glad I didn't just got them today with a freebie of Blockhead, i love the bay

You got some good deals, i was going to get BIKO...but i already have over 10 strains that i have to grow, so i don't need any more seeds at the moment. $60 for the og kush s1's is very good, although IMO they are not nearly as good as the cuts from cali, but are still good. I have also wanted to try casey jones, i was going to bid on a pack but like i said, i have too many seeds lol. It's nice to have a collection though, i've gotten good deals on all my seed packs. Here is what i have at the moment and the prices i paid for them:

Sensi Star ($69 from seedbay, cheaper than anywhere else. $69 is a steal for sensi star IMO, it's my favorite strain at the moment, although i'm sure the blockhead might be better)

Blockhead ($55 from seedbay. I happen to catch them when there were like 4 packs put up. They all sold quickly and i haven't seen them since. $55 for a great strain is awesome, especially considering it's very hard to find the breeder packets (not f2's) of blockhead anymore)

Hashberry ($15, great strain for the money. For $15 you can't go wrong)

AK47 ($62, got it from growshopalien. They were having a serious seeds sale. even on seedbay and seedboutique they sell for about $90 a pack i believe.)

G13 X Yumbolt AKA G-bolt (Breeder= motarebel. I bought them from GSA, motarebel makes very nice hybrids and sell them for around $25 a pack.)

Trainwreck X White Widow AKA Brainwreck (breeder = Highgrade seeds. Very nice commercial strain from the reports i've seen. very high yielder with resinous buds. got the pack for like $45....and they gave me 13 seeds instead of the normal 10)

Sour Diesel X Jack Herer AKA Sour Jack (breeder = Growshopalien. Got these for free with an order from them. the breeder has posted some grow reports with pics and they look awesome.)

Hindu Kush X Master Kush AKA Troublemaker (got these for free from dr. chronic when i made a previous order. i got 2 free packs of this total)

NL X White Widow (got these for free from growshopalien. there are some reports on here and they look awesome as well. Very nice, and stable strain. good for a new grower)

That's my whole collection right now, if i start a grow soon (most likely i will)....i plan on buying a few new strains to add to the collection. I want to purchase some c99 seeds. Just trying to figure out which breeder i want to order them from. I also want to pick up a nice afghani, and i'm leaning towards seedman's versions because it's a landrace and i have seen good things about it. And last but not least, i want to pick out a nice skunk. I like the hill temple skunk from HTC, but it's $80 and not available anymore unless i pay out the ass for it on seedbay...and thats if they even have any left. Seedsman's skunk no.1 looks like a good choice, but i haven't made my mind up yet.
