What is the best overall under $25 Strain?

For $25 your best best is nirvana as Lax said. They are f2's so your bound to find something in there you like. try AK-48. F-1's of Ak 47 are pricey, but you can get F'2's and find a keeper. Or you can cross your fingers and look at seedbay for weekend specials or a private breeder on there with a steal. Price of beans isnt a sure sign of quality, you can find good stuff cheap at times.

There is, but $25 put's a cap on what you can get. Mandala is another relatively cheap breeder as well as Dutch Passion. However the last two are a little bit more and you get pretty much the same thing.
Just realize what you pay for beans does not neccesarily correspond to what you get. The higher priced strains are generally much more stabilized and there's less variation in the phenotypes you get in a pack of beans.

Shamen from Dutch passion is $23.99, almost all of mandala beans are $23.99 also, MOD has 1 strain for $23.99 ( dreamweaver x arjans hazex cinnamon) which seems like a hell of a strain to try. Hows that?

Well most of Sensi's seeds go for upwards of $50, however if you can afford it they have very nice genetics. I don't have much experience with Sativa Seedbank so someone else will have to chime in. Flying Dutchmen sfalls into the same category as Sensi, they're nice beans but alot more than $25. I had bad experience with High Quality seeds, the only pack of theirs I got didn't germ (however I did forget the envelope in the mailbox for two days in HOT weather...so could be my fault) except for one bean...which turned out to be a male. Mr. Nice has some of the best genetics you can find (his plants are FROSTY) however his cheapest strain is around $40 last time I checked.
So in short those picks are more than you said you wanted to spend, however they are all excellent breeders (High Quality is debateable but I'll hold my judgement till I try them again).

Nirvana does have a great selection and I myself have collected a fair bit of their seeds as well.there are some smaller breeders that have great genetics for a fair price also..annaC sells on seedbay and his beans are 2 dollars a piece on average....I was buying his beans way before I was gifted some by him as a test grow.Never had a problem and was always pleased..I am sure there are other members that can recommend some other small breeders..here is a Biko that just finished from annaC...stay safe

g13, yumbolt, herijuana, nycd, etc. crosses. Even does bubba kush and og kush crosses ocassionally. Just look at peoples grow reports on the GSA forums, it's $25 a pack. I got g13 x yumbolt. They also include free packs, i got sour diesel x jack herer as a freebie last time.
Mandala is also nice, try their hashberry or sadhu at first. Both are great and cheap. If you order from seedbay or seedboutique you'll also get some nice freebies.
Seedsman also has good strains for cheap, like their aghani landrace, hashplant, skunk no. 1, etc. Some are a little more than $25 but they are worth it.
Check out annac seeds and female seeds possibly also. Annac makes great crosses, for cheap. Female seeds makes good strains for cheap, and they are female. They may go hermie though, so if you don't have much experience i would stay away from them for now. Both can be purchased at seedbay
Nirvana's strains are alright, but the ones i listed will provide you with higher quality, and more stable plants. I've grown out alot of nirvana's strains and wasn't very pleased, alot of their strains look alike and have given me problems in the past. I don't think they have actual breeders, and if they do they are using the same strains to makeup alot of their supposed hybrids.

There bubbledust and other strains yield very well and are fairly stable. The highs are also very nice and they have different selections for different people, they are also fairly cheap. Ranging from about $20-$35 a pack.
EDIT 2: I should make a thread listing all of the cheap breeders and places to get them for people on a budget. I have ALOT of experiences with cheap breeders, as i don't spend much money on seeds. I have done alot of searching and know most sites that carry cheap but good genetics. I also know which ones are scams, and which ones have good reviews from me and people i know. Alot of people don't realize what good deals they can find on quality genetics if they search around.

nirvana is a real crapshoot though.
best overall deal... depends. they got alot of good cheap old school weed out there. nothing wrong with them they are just less popular now. skunk and kushes.
I'd have to give my vote to skunk. you can find stable good skunk for under 25 bucks. among many others.

High red! I did not read all the posts, so may be repeating . But I have had excellent results from nirvana. more spicifically the NLxBB, Just popped 100% within 24 hours. very strong growers too. check them out in my sig.redrider said:
I had trouble getting the Mandalla seeds to pop(around 70%) those that sprouted started sorta' sickly and week-like. Maybe its the strain, but huge difference from the nivanas. That BBxNL will surely pay you back.
