never heard of pizza casserole but it look/sounds like one of the dankest creations conceived in a kitchen.. and that garlic bread. yes.

I ate left overs Mongolian it had tons of shrimp, chunks of steak meat, sausage, scallops and onions, fried rice carrots, green bean bit sized, a whole scrambled egg, edemame, a 3g soy sauce, also some red dragon sauce.. Sorry no camera back yet so no pic... peace..

LOL.

Yeah pizza casserole is pretty good. It's just sausage and beef cooked together with onions and green pepper, and pepperoni. Then mixed with some cooked bowtie pasta and a mix of pizza sauce and marinara sauce, mixed all together, and baked for 30 minutes, then topped with mozzarella and Parmesan and melted until gooey.

It's good.

I am slow cooking a couple of 3 lb, hunks of beef for 12 hours today, and making hot Italian beef hoagies tonight. Some garlic mashed potatoes... Beer. I love to eat.

And I say that, as I sit here overtaken by a food coma caused by a massive dinner.

Tonight Trouble had:

Shrimp Remoulade Salad
Roast Duck Breast with Pomegranate -Chili Sauce
Green Beans with Pepitas
And a large slice of Maple Cheese Cake with some type of Cranberry sauce on top.
