Man you guys can cook! Im getting hungry as hell looking at this thread!
I love looking at food pictures and I like eating the food even more! Im such a foody/stoner..

Here is a shore lunch my buddy and I shared at the fishin hole the other day.. surf and turf.. man it was good.

and here is what I made last night.. I like mine as much as any restaraunt.. I make the filling with chicken breast, garlic, onion, cumin, adobo, chipotle. before I rollem up I add some queso and pico de gallo then cover in enchelada sauce, cheese and put in the oven for a while.

This is not what I had for dinner, but I had it as a "snack" when I was in Vegas. It's from Payard, a French bakery and bistro.

It is like Heaven on Earth. The chocolate is so smooth and robust. If you ever get a chance to visit, please do! It's in Caesar's Palace and each piece was $7 (but totally worth it!).

I am fixin my special lady friend her favorite meal tonight.

I have started with a 2007 Hamilton Russel Pinot Noir, and some chips and queso dip!

Got in the eating mood with some Blue Sonja and some dry sift through my double perc.

Going to smoke a cone of Deep Congo here in a bit, then fix the following.

Pork Tenderloin marinated in olive oil and Garlic, dry rub, slow roasted at 325 to mid well
Green beans cooked with some ham bone
Corn with a touch of sugar
Smashed Potatoes

Finish with another bottle of Red, probably a Malbec, and a joint of Mob Boss to really slow things down to chill speed.

Bong hits of various things, plenty of dry sift. I hope I can make it till next year! I usually don't...


Dropped my bong about two feet and shattered the diffy. Tube is all goo though!

Tonight i grilled up a nice 1lb Ribeye steak medium rare
Sauted onions, mushrooms & garlic
roasted baby potatoes with garlic butter and fresh chives
was So damn excited about the steak almost forgot the bread in the oven :D

And NO the steak was not black and completely charred - not even close. it was actually cooked to perfection.. you can thank my totally sweet 1.3 megapixel camera phone for that shot :biglaugh:

No pics of dessert even if i did im sure it woulda looked like a turd on a plate but it was warm chocolate chip pecan pie.. SO DANK

Well not tonight, but I love a nice steak razor. I also love chocolate chip pecan pie!

I am doing a southern thang tonight.

Chicken-n-dumplins, corn, and some pinto beans. Probably make some biscuits too!

Good cold weather food. Warm the soul. Comfort food at it's finest.

Yumm French Onion my favorite, looks so good, those bowls are nice and thick.

Roasted tomato, onion, and garlic with basil soup and cheese puffs:

Had to make the bunuelos/gougeres/cheese puffs after seeing Paddi's ultimate spread :yummy:
