Here are a couple of old ones. First is a half pound burger stuffed with chorizo, bacon, onion, and cheddar cheese.

Next we have some homemade buffalo wings. To make them extra tastey throw them in the deep frier till they are about 95% done. then sauce them and throw them on the grill, take off and sauce once more, back on the grill for a few more minutes. They get nice and crispy and you get that awesome grill flavor.

Yeah CBF, it's a lovely cheese, creamy and sweet, and I bought it because I thought it smelled JUST LIKE the UK Cheese I was serving on the side!

Hello all,

As I type, I have a sweet sausage cooking in preperation for Louisiana Dirty rice dish with red beans, green & red peppers, garlic, onions and diced tomatoes and mushrooms.

This is a one course meal for tonight but I will have pics.

Hello all,

well heres the ppics I was speaking of....

At the time of serving, I opted for a dollup of sour creame and a splash of tobasco with a fresh greated sprinkle of parmesian(sp). Some saltines and a Bud to clear the pallet.

Very tasty to be sure.

PS: It is the first fall rain this year, it is cold and damp in PNW and having a warming meal is soo much the better.

i dont know what kinda of tilapia youve been eating but, i have never had bad tilapia. pretty tastey whitemeat fish. the store near us sells panko and herb crusted tilapia filets, little bit of panfry, and nice crispy tastey fish.
