Don't have a digital camera for a photo but tonights dinner was:

a home made pizza w/
herb and garlic crust
homemade nettle pesto
goat cheese
fresh tomato
sliced zuchinni
sliced red/yellow sweet pepper
basil
shallots

and a salad with homemade tahini dressing (raw tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds)
mixed greens
yellow cherry tomatos
beefsteak tomato
yellow-red sweet pepper
zuchinni
shallots
raw pumpkin seeds
raw sunflower seeds
avocado

take out- veggie burrito w/ rice.

last night, house special kraft mac and cheese with added goodies, and a nice wheat beer, and for dessert some cannagingersnap cookies. (came out better than i thought)

cuz I think I'm gonna sink my teeth into it it fast.

Bacon & egg on a roll, four THICK slices of bacon,
two scrambled eggs with parmesan cheese, garlic,
and onions mixed into the scramble.......

Our family does the same thing! Those little shrimps are super salty and we add green onions, and pickled mustard cabbage to ours.

shit man. i eat ramen even when im not poor.. i love that stuff... now go make a bowl and take a picture...

speakin of ramen.. there was a whole thread i saw here or somewhere else dedicated to ramen and diffrent ways of preparing it... anyone do anything diffrent when making it????

Hello all,

Well, as I type I have a tri tip that is in a covered glass dish in an oven at 375*F. Been roasting for about 45 minutes now, should be ready in about 45 minutes more.

The meat has been marinated in a bbq/vinegar sauce for 36 hours and is already tender.

Going to have a fresh garden salad, EDIT..baked potatoes and maybe corn.

Drunken Chicken

I made some drunken chicken for dinner tonight on the grill! My Lady whipped up some clams alfredo white sause over angle hair pasta!

Ti make drunken chicken open a can of beer and drink about half! Useing a sharp knife put about 6 holes in the side of the can near the top, insert the can up into the cavity in the chicken. You can use any sause to baste of use a dry rub, etc. to flavor! Put the chicken on the grill and use the legs, spread them out to form a tri-pod so the chicken stands up. Cook till done, I use a meat thermometer! Enjoy, ya really have to try this it keeps the chicken extra moist!!!

The one on the left is slathered in Jack Daniels BBQ sause, the one on the right is basted in Italian dressing!!!

pastrami bomb= one grilled red onion ,1/2lb pastrami basted with hot butter,1/2lb pepper jack cheese/served on toaste d loaf sourdough slathered with guildens hot mustard=heat till everything is melted together
desert= 4 pack of orig dove ice cream bars

sorry i dont photograph food =W.O.T.

Thanks Endo and SteppinRazor, The beer keeps the meat exrta moist but the skin still gets nice and chrunchy! I included the recipe, it's so simple, fire up them grills before the cold months set in! I lucked out today my local supermarket overstocked thighs and I got lucky and got a case of 12 packs 38lbs for $17.10...regular price $68.00!!!
Glad I got a seperate freezer!!!

That old gas grill has the burner taken out and I burn charcoal, my neighbor was gonna toss it cause the burner was worn out :nono: My gain!!!
