My neighbor asked me to goto Eric Clapton with him so I'll be going to that if he gets tickets and I think the Monster Mayhem Tour coming in august. I usually hear about shows at the last minute so it's hard to know who I'm seeing more than a day in advance.

The Lee Boys were joined by guest Oteneil from the peacemakers,,played amazing swampy funk got the whole place dancing, the guy stitting in the front of the band plays the slide guitar, freakishly.tweakishly fast to an almost gospel ho-down.
2 members from the north mississippi allstars were joined by the legendary art neville of meters fame as well as the younger ian neville on lead guitar to make the band Dumpstah Funk, these guys can really play some backwoods party funk music....!!!put it in the dumpster!!!
The bill Kreutzman 3 ,played well and played quite a few dead tunes as well.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The best however was Derek Trucks ,the young Allman Brothers guitar protegy.Warren Haynes Derek and the rest of the Allmans played some smokin sets, very fast moving guitar shredding psychedelic jamming.
The very best was after the Allmans on the big stage with the liquid screens. The Derek late nite show on the stage in the woods.Everyone was completly spun out,and Derek brings out this guy who starts playing the flute, the music gets really erie. Then moves into indian music, then derek launches off of that into the guitar shredding mayhem ,and the place goes nuts.I felt like i was witnessing musical history, cause the guy is just so gifted. He's that good.
TOOL Concert.......Anyone else going. I posted in the TOOL tour thread the currently confirmed dates..........Check it out, they could be coming to an event centre near you.
have fun kharmagirl, 90s rock was the shit, really, best rock genre since well classic rock
i myself obviously from my sig and a spreadhead, i have toured with panic ever since college and to be one of the top 50 touring bands for the past 20 years while remain lowkey is awesome, if you have never been to a widespread panic show, you need to get your ass there. people are top notch, herb is always good, and if your into it, the l and miss molly aren't quite bad either.
I will be going on tour with them in october again, really lookin forward, also saw the dead on ***** giving it away would jeopardize my anonymity.
great concerts about this year, just got back from forecastle this morning, ready for bed.....goodnight
Blazed and Confused in Columbia, Md was spectacular! $noop the d Oo double G threw down the hardest hitting bass lines ever heard! Slightly Stoopid was A+ as usual and Stephen Marley and his gang were tight too...
