What breeders interest you most?

I can find sensi, serious, paradise, etc at 20 different seedbanks on the net. What does that say? A hell of alot of seeds were created to be sold by so many middleman(sites).

REZ gear on the otherhand are exclusivley at the boo and bay. So you know they are fresh(excellent germ rates) and "actually" made by him. So many banks out there have "old stock" and mislabled batches. Evry strain ive gotten by rez has by far exceeded my expectations. Every plant from seed was DANK no matter strain. Before I found rez gear I tried so many other genes. But none live up to their rep. REZ truly has got my vote on this one.

I had the chance to smoke some of JLP's Amnesia Haze x c99 recently, really a nice slightly racy sativa high, not bleary at all. MOD's Kali Mist cross that I've tried is also quite good, it's got that same 'must be active immediately!' effect as Kali.

Also Big Buddha's crosses, he's constantly trying out different males with the Cheese to keep the old-school flavor but make the thing ever danker and danker...

Right on Shipperke... JLP's strains rock! I have an A99 keeper that is just KILLER... awesome taste and high. I've been toking my A99 for months... it's the first jar I reach for in the closet.

theres quite a few up and comers and even "hobby breeders" that I'm real impressed with.

but to pick 1 commercial breeder for me its gotta be "breeder steve"(SOL)..his strains NEVER disapoint.

I know he's not the most popular guy in the world, and I have never heard why?...can anyone elaborate on that?

I'm going to have to agree with Pike on this one...

Shantibaba with Mr Nice Seeds. His strains have always intrigued me thought I've only grown out Great White Shark. That will change soon and I look forward to growing out his Super Silver Haze and hopefully will find a nice 10-12 week winner... *fingers crossed*

MOD’s selection on seedbay has certainly caught my eye. Kali-Most, Cinnamon Haze and the others all look good to me. I’m betting on finding some elite phenos in these hybrids.....

Right now I am checking out Breeder Steve through Blockhead and Sweet Tooth 1.1.

I am loving the Sativas right now but looking forward to an indica crop.

I can personally say Reeferman's seeds are awesome. I love Petrolia Headstash II, Apollo 11G4 from Rez kicked ass, and What can I say about Breeder Steve. I happenend to come across one of his Sweet Tooth#3 Sativa phenos that was out of this world. Breeder Steve is the best right now.

I was thinking about it, and alltho there's many breeder that interest me...

If I were to be 100% honest and answer the thread-starter's question..

"What breeder(s) interest you most?"

Honestly, the personal home/closet breeding/hacking that I've been doing, and have been planning, is holding most of my interest when it comes down to it.

I am much more curious to try some of my 'work' than many other retail strains.

Also, like yukon says there are many other private breeders who are keeping me interested.

But as far as 'professional breeders' my list from earlier in the thread stands.

Altho Swan Song has peaked my interest lately..

For me it goes:
Bros. Grimm (C99)
Rez (Wonder99, Killer Queen)
JLP (I was lucky enough to be gifted an Amnesia Haze X C99 Awesome!!! plus I just was fortunate enough to recieve the Piney-o cross)
Reeferman (Kodiak Gold)

Thanks

I would say the most interesting breeders are

#1 Reeferman, a lot of killer hybrids and IBL's available. I love being able to get IBL and landrace from breeders.

#2 Rez, his strains intrigue me for some reason, plus he seems pretty helpful.

#3 BOG, I like heavy indicas, so his strains are right up my alley.

#4 Blue Hemp, just getting ready to pick some up, I can't wait to try some of these indica land race genetics.

I am also interested in some of OG Bub's gear, to bad things aren't going well there.

Steve doesn't really tolerate bullshit, as he sees it, for better or for worse...

You can't argue with someone ( Breeder Steve) who makes a stable good product.
I can cross plants myself if I want unstable hybrids from other peoples good genetics. I can't imagine crossing someone elses products, making an unstable line and selling it.

Mandala Mike seems to really be taking the high road as well.

I thought of making a filial cross of Bog's Lifesaver, but I have yet to grow them out.

They aren't very stable from what I have read, just polyhybrid crosses that you can find a good phenome from. I wasn't sure if it was worth making seeds of.

I have the first lifesaver going into flower in a few weeks, so I can see for myself.
Seems people thinking the later batches of seeds were not as good as the first.
Like I said, I am checking it out myself.

Good Luck.
