Right now I'm impressed with Reeferman. His list of genetics is insane. It seems like he is getting more and more better strains. My next few orders are going to be Sativas and he has everyone beat IMO when it comes to that. Right now his stock is low but sooner or later it's going to be full of surprises. I'm looking to scoop up Apple Pie, Love Potion #1, 3/4 Haze, and Senor Garcia sooner or later.

Runner Ups:

Flying Dutchmen- There are few strains that I'm very well interested in. Thai-Tanic and Fuma Con Diablos are a few to name.

MDanzig- I like the work he has done with the Lowryder strains. His Master Low looks promising. I think it's a perfect low key outdoor strain.

When it comes time to get more seeds these breeders will get my business. I like Rez and BOG's genetics but it seems liket they are pretty hard to get right now. Maybe in the future they will available again. What breeders interest you most? and why?

My favorite Breeders right now are as follows:

-Hill Temple Collective/OG Bub (Deep Chunk IBL of course, HTC Skunk IBL (finaly a true Road Kill Skunk), Sunshine IBL and the Powerhouse hybid)

Bub is one of my favorite breeders because he's very aproachable & knowledgable, he keeps a smallish, very well maintained line with many IBLs, and his prices are reasonable.

-Chimera (All of his stuff looks great and I've heard nothing but good about it)

I like Chimera for the same reasons I like HTC. Very aproachable, and extremely knowledgable. Ethical breeding goes a long way for me personaly.

-Mandala (Hashberry is excellent, and I want to try every other strain Mike offers)

I don't think you can find better bang for your buck from breeders than from Mandala. The Hashberry I grew was quite stable and outperformed most of the seeds I was running it againt, many costing 5x as much. Another very aproachable and helpful breeder with high ethics..

-Paradise (Sensi Star, Swiss Bliss, Durga mata, Nebula, to name a few)

Great selection and breeding programs, and very thorough testing prior to releasing new strains. A large company who wisely chooses to properly maintain roughly a dozen high quality well worked strains rather than putting out large numbers of simple crosses to cash in on the latest hype. They're harder to aproach with questions but there's alot of experienced growers who are very familiar with their work.

-Mr. Nice/Shanti/Neville (SSH, Mango Haze and pretty much all of their work)

Another larger company who chooses to properly work and maintain a smaller line of quality genes rather than jus pumping out as many strains as they can. Shanti and Neville involvement speaks for it's self.

-The Flying Dutchmen (The Pure, Pot of Gold, Kerala Krush, and a few other great ones)

One of the only large companies who has been around long enough and has the size and knowledge to maintain roughy 20 strains. Great selection from quality parents, and excellent prices.

-Spice Of Life/Legends (Sweet Tooth #3, Blockhead, Blue Heaven, LUI, SOL Adventure Mix)

Steve may not be well liked but his breeding techniques and strains speak for themselves. Some of the best pot I've ever smoked has been from Steeve's lines/work.

-Serious Seeds (AK47, Kali Mist, BubbleGum, Chronic, White Russian)

A great company who properly maintains a small line up of very high quality strains.

I'm probably mising a couple, but these are the companies I have a great deal of respect for, not just for the flowers from their strains, but how they conduct themselves.

Lately, I'm most interested in breeders that maintain their own genetic stock.
Those that see plants before dollar bills; those for whom cannabis decriminalization remains an everyday goal. The breeders that are yet to fall foul to their own rhetoric and heresy. Those that abscone from allegory and myth.
Inevitably focus is then placed upon the smaller pro. breeders, those that still sit at the cutting edge of cannabis genetics and culture.

...phoney-breeders got dropped like a bad habit!

I'm a TH Seeds fan... ever since S.A.G.E.!... which still is the best deal for a quality sativa...

I was looking for a new strain... that had to beat NL5xHaze... and Sage won on every mark... stability, faster flowering, higher yield and stronger effect...

Where Sage always has been reasonably priced... also after winning the Sativa Cup... other breeders have priced their winners sky high... NYCD and Love Potion have set record high prices at the introduction, but luckily have been lowered over time...

MY fave is probably Simon Serious of serious seeds. Everything I have grown from serious was easy to grow and clone , very stable and the finished product always delivered what was promised by all the hype.AK47 and Kali Mist will always be two of my faves.
I really don't have much exposure to other breeders , but right now I'm doing some Rez stuff that seems to be growing nicely , and I do have some SAGE beans to do from THseeds so we'll see.
peace.

Edit: Rez is #1 for all time. Great breeder and even better person. Anybody got a problem with Rez has gotta go through me first lol.

DJ Short- I am a blueberry nut so its an obvious choice
Bluegrass- Wish I could find EP, I loved his work and again I love blue strains
BOG- He may be the person who helped my first couple grows become a success, also I love his passion and attention to detail.
Serious- I love the fact that he focuses on making the five strains he has even better, rather than adding more
Rez- I must have a sour diesel mom in my garden asap :joint:
