Well seeing as ive smoked all my percy stash and nobody round my way has anything decent apart from chemical tasting "ammo" shite i thought i'd rosin up some caramello

Im smoking some quick dried sleestack x skunk and some imported amnesia haze. The ammo is nice, quite strong. the sleestack tastes like a fruit salad (the sweet) after 2 weeks dry/light curing. We shall see how the taste develops

I tried other day with some 3rd run hash. But just seemed to cook hash. Tried 150c and 180c on hair straighteners

I didnt weigh anything to determin yield percentage but i reckon it was about 45% it could of been more if i used a proper micron screen instead of a piece of bedsheet but it was all a quick ting lol
If your pressing hash you need to wrap it in something like a micron screen to stop the hash spreading out and mixing back into the oil. Think my hair straighters go up to about 230c. Also i pressed for about 6-8 seconds.
Nothing wrong mate i didnt have any flowers to smoke and i dont smoke tobacco to help the caramello burn so i turned it into full melt to hit on the rig.

45 percent return is amazing, you could probably make a living buying hash in bulk, turning it into rosin and selling that at extract prices, provided the demand is there.

The Last Joint of Amnesia haze.Strong and Lung Expanding but i feel Totally Active so more of a Daytime smoke imo.I like the "Buzzy" high jus' dont like the Sour lemon Taste
That is exactly what a mate does. Gets cheap hash at £3 p gram and Rosins two gram so to get just over have a gram of rosin which sells for £30! wish I had the strength to press rosin, but I don't. Lol.....

Turn on straighteners wrap Goody's in some parchment and spin the clamp with pliers maybe? Failing that try qwiso Lol

Cheers guys, but with my bad tremor I find anything like this really difficult. And for me, I don't use ATM, but it is nice to know that when I do I can get back to trying some nice hashes. As only vaping and not smoking means proper hashes are a no go. But not with rosin. And apparently you still get the wonderful hash flavour when you rosin some marroc style hash.
Search for tshirt heat press on ebay, you can get them delivered for 85. Not tried it myself but I've heard of other people using them for rosin.

YouTube it or watch hash church that's awesome for hash info.
It can be done with trim it u bunch it up or roll it up in balls but best to collect sift then press

Using my tshirt press, two large oil slick pads and my XXL skillettool scraper i can whip up and collect a gram of rosin in 15 minutes from buds..i prefer the taste of flower rosin myself.

I'm not trying to give it charly big spuds but I reckon I could squeeze a gram in quarter of an hour using my babyliss's.Maybe a touch more.
I pre squish the bud by rolling it up in parchment into cylinders that are very dense.I tried using an old hash press but it made the sausage too wide and it would squish out one side,meaning most of the rosin would soak into that portion.I cannot wait to squish some GG#4 because the yield must be bonkers.
I find if the bud is too dry you don't get a proper squish.The steam is really helping push the rosin out.Noticeably smaller yields on exact same material at different moisture content.It's the one decent use for a 62% boveda pack because that's def too wet for puffing.
