Delicious avocado salad! Who else loves avocados?
got high and just destroyed a half gallon of neapolitan ice cream
mushrooms stuffed with Italian sausage...and some mushrooms,

i am, if he actually destroyed it instead of eating it!
fixed bacon, eggs over easy, fried green tomatoes and thick multi-grain bread toast with too much butter...had that for a LATE breakfast, still thinking about supper. too dang late to have lunch...

Eating a fermented pickle.
Saltwater brine. No vinegar. Crispy and delicious. You can't buy these at the stores. Have to make them yourself which is fortunately extremely easy. Salt, water, and cucumbers is all you need. I added some garlic and fresh dill along with some horseradish leaf for the tannins to help keep them crunchy. This jar went fast. Have another one I just put in the refrigerator and starting another tomorrow.

baked a pork loin tonight. rubbed it down with extra virgin olive oil (it kinda stiffened up. is that normal? ) then sprinkled it with garlic and onion salt, black pepper, and some brown sugar. 400 F for 10 minutes, then dropped it to 350 F for 45 minutes. had sweet taters with butter and brown sugar on the side, then made home-made vanilla ice cream with Grape Nuts cereal soaked in the milk beforehand to soften them up. outstanding!

Hmm, part of my life, but sometimes I think Babybel was better before decades. More creamy?
My impression is that it is more creamy now and was harder in the past!? Don't know, just buying it from time to time...
