I assume your results could be achieved with a simple sugar wash, is this correct?

This isn't a challenge is it?dont really know anyone alive that can drink as much as me.they all died from alcoholism.most didnt make it to 60.doctor said if i dont quit drinking i dont have 10 years left.that was at least 7 years ago
no.i just cant quit drinking.been drinking jack daniels since i was 13.been drinking almost everyday since. This isn't a challenge is it?
I said I would have only one more then hit sack....that was 2 beers ago, decided I need another.
Distiller's turbo yeast, temps over 70F, constant degassing, full nutrition, I can easily see a batch beating 20% by at least 3% more... The downside is I would never drink that without distilling it first, since too many hangover molecules form at those temps. Are you saying you could pull higher abvs if you degass regularly? Am I going to hit 25-30%?

Turbo yeast is snake oil.
Just use a high attenuating yeast and step feed nitrogen.
Unfortunately no, the water/alcohol mix is only 'easily' separated through distillation.Another question. Can you use a fuel filter to filter the water out of the wash?
Sorry to hear, I follow a lot of your land race stuff good show. You guys are hardcore. I had to more or less quit drinking whiskey as it got to be everyday for a lot of the day. I am due a drink though as it has been over a month and all this war stuff is getting on my nerves.
