from what i've read, one of the pipelines only held the gas that was in it when Russia shut off the faucet. one of the others had never been in use. they blew them up to drag out the pain to Europe through the winter so that even if the war in Ukraine ended, Putin could say "well, it'll take a couple of months before we can start up again since SOMEONE blew up the pipelines..." 
Unless he wants to nuke his own planet.

if it is a matter of giving Russia whatever they want or have a nuclear war, i think we should tell him to go for it, and see if the cocksucker is serious... if his nuclear forces are no better than his regular army, it will be a very short war. his military does not seem nearly as committed to "the cause" as he is.
I am more than half tempted to drive south just to tip a glass with a fellow American.

folks...i can drive north as well and meet you half-way. i'll buy the first couple of rounds. are you fellows beer drinkers and hell raisers, or the bourbon/tequila varieties ? i've had experience in both schools of thought.
the one with the "doomsday" nuclear torpedo that left port a few days ago? i'll bet there is a US attack sub up their ass even as we speak... you can't just let things like that wander around loose with no adults watching it.
