The cuts don't look that bad. Im concerned that there isn't enough greenery left on them - ie. don't take cuts on an empty bunny belly. The cut needs the energy/nutes the leaves contain to survive until they put some root down.
I expect the bottom leaves to die off while they root. I could have trimmed those leaves back, but I tend to do that only if theyre long. How wet is the medium? It needs to be very wet to start off (think cut flowers in a vase). You can use more medium if youre worried about them being too wet for too long. In my case, I always have a res of water in the tray. The plugs are very good at sucking up water. If I didn't keep them wet enough, I believe they would suck the moisture right from the cut killing it.
Veg is cold too? Another pc fan next to the reflector blowing the warm air down and away from the exhaust fan might help you there.
