and yeah the craziest thing I ever heard was also the "sativa diva" who would put her menstrual blood in the res. I don't even wanna know how she collected it. she said it adds female hormones.
call me immature- cuz I fert my plants with ground bone, dried blood, bat shit etc. but keep your snatch blood out the resovoir.

Sugar: Same as molasses, only...i doubt sugar has the content of molasses. Probably just adds some carbohydrates the plant doesnt need anyway.
Beer: Actually works. It aids the breakdown of soil, especially stale beer. Dilluted.

Feeding your plants with "silicone" does really make sense, but I don´t mean the famous shit used in plastic surgery, I meant the mineral which is called "Silicium" in Latin, and "Silicone" (not sure about the spelling, but sounds exactly like the big titty stuff) in English.
A few weeks ago I gave some growing instuctions to a total novice, and he seriously asked me if adding some whiskey to the plant food could inhance the potency of the final bud.
This guy is 30 years old.
I wouldn´t say he´s stupid, and I like him very much, but I think he´s god damn NAIVE.

"Silica gel" in little packets are used to absorb water from the atmosphere & prevent condensation on,say, delicate electrical circuits.
In larger amounts it used in laboratories for keeping things dry in a dessicator.
It is usually coloured and is blue when dry and pink when wet (can't remember what trhey use, old and stoned)
There is obviously a new cheap source of silica gel ( probably China) cos my local supermarkets sells big jars of it as water HOLDER for adding to pots & gardens in drought ridden oz.
Its also sold just down the aisle at a fifth of the price as kitty litter - the chrystaly kind with the blue crystals
Down here in Oz I've heard of many plants being planted a foot or two above a fresh dead animal - road kill or whatever. The theory being that there is a supply of moisture and nutrients for the plant to grow deeper down.

I remember back on OG there was a dude talking about ejaculating in his planters. I guess he believed semen would give the plants vigor or something. It was a pretty funny thread, but I don't believe for a minute that it helps. I believe human urine can be of use, but semen of any kind is a silly choice.

Funny this thread popped up now. Just a couple days ago I was told someone was adding Ecstasy in their resevoir the last two weeks of flowering. Called it X-Pot. Really WTF!

Searching for the Holy Grail of additives...why is the real thing not good enough? My friends use AN and a standard soil mix and tap water...Some of the best in the mountains...
I use a cup of pee every other day or so. I use well water for the girls and put two tea bags in each 5 gallon bottle. I doubt there will be any great advantage. I tell the girls they are special and they seem to be very happy. For a hybrid that is normally very pungent. It's seems to have a sweet and much milder smell. I don't claim this will work to control odor on all strains. But give it a shot. I could be on to something...or on something!!! ps. I also put in a slash of molasses.
One thing I would like to try is the nectar from a bear grass plant. It has a chemical in it that glows in the dark. Wouldn't that put the bag appeal into the stratosphere. Hey look at this guys weed it is GLOWING !!!
