I worked for awhile as an Industrial Engineer doing efficiency studies and teaching work simplification and motion economy techniques to management and employee groups, as well as conducting studies of my own.

I can attest first hand that it isn't a popular profession and that I wasn't uniformly loved and respected.

Those who hated me most of course was those whose ox was being gored, and those who most feared critique.

Things sometimes turned ugly with not only attacks on me as the messenger, but on fellow managers employees, trying to throw them under the bus and hold on to more of their own.

The truth in business is that sometimes you have to reduce staff to stay in business and protect the remaining staff. It is more cost effective to remove low performers and hold on to those carrying those low performers

What we see Elon's task force doing besides simply auditing line by line for corruption and waste, is asking a long list of work simplification questions starting with what is being done, and why is it being done.

Fear of public exposure of those results are fearful to some whose ox's are being gored.

How’s tricks Big, I live such a secluded life man I’ve never encountered any Muslims in my area. We are a different breed up here and they know it.

If people are prepared to come here to work and pay their way I honestly don’t have a problem with it. If there primary motive is to come here to steal/rape/murder and then they need to be eradicated. The same applies to any race or nationality.

No doubt the biggest epidemic here is housing, and yes that is down to the mass influx of foreign invaders, the flood gates have closed and there’s less and less of them arriving due to zero tolerance and no accommodation and having their benefits slashed, a lot would see us as treasure island..The main cities in Ireland especially Dublin are overwhelmed by them it’s sad to see, it’s the government who should be held accountable.

What I find amusing, is the Albanian mafia have the biggest say at the end of the day along with the rest of the Eastern European counter parts who come here to control the drug scene and prostitution. I guess they are paying there way so we should ignore them . Unfortunately they don’t make the headlines and provide a perfect smoke screen for the current governments fuck ups.

There’s good and bad in all walks of life, I take every one at face value. some of the most laziest bone idol people I have come across are my own people.
Constantly moaning about the foreigners taking there jobs, half of the lazy fuckers never had a job even before the foreigners arrived.

GW is a great guy and I'm glad you liked his answer. If I had known you were living in Ireland I wouldn't have wasted my time with an answer.
Never been there but I hear it's a pretty Country with lots of redheads. Watched a show once that had River Dancer's. That was cool.
Didn't know Conner had been accused of rape,,but nothing surprises me anymore with celebrities.

My Mom was a Redhead. And I mean her hair was as red as it could be. A beautiful lady and a great mother. She definitely had some Irish blood in her which I guess makes me a little Irish. My Dad was mostly Choctaw.
So I guess I'm Choctaw and Irish plus whatever else was in the mix.
