I also fell that it is criminal to try and monopolize any market by the tactics they are using. I do believe marijuana should be legal for all and you shouldn't have to hide behind "medical reasons". I want them to go jail for antitrust and stealing money.

Instead of bitching about it do something then... Like me I opened my own shop because of this reasons over priced Meds to sick people pissed me off.... I have affordable Meds now....I did this because of the lack of quality and resources in cali to try to raise the bar ad help the ones in need. Don't hate just create something better help the cause

You want them to go to jail for antitrust and stealing money... who's money did they steal? I see people lining up to hand their money over. Your statement is ludacris in light of the fact that the DEA is helping Mexican drug cartels launder their money. These cartels that have killed many thousands of innocent people. Yep, the cartels are lining up the customers too... in mass graves. Steve d is exploiting a legal opportunity as voted in by the people of California. Is he the saviour, f no but obviously his angle is as a businessman disguised as a mesiah to a movement. Thats bad but not unusual.. there will always be opportuinists to take the risk and reap the benefit. After seeing how his opp runs I would never support it in any way but thats what the free market is about... there simply needs to be more competition and the market will decide who stays in business, not the feds. So what has happened to the competition? Gee the feds are scaring them out of business. But not HS? They wont be there for much longer IMO. The fucking feds are winning and it all goes back to Barrack Hussein O fuckingbama.

why do folks get so pissed off at someone who's after all just selling cannabis? i mean the rest is just details. most of the hypocrisy is due to the absurd state of the laws concerning cannabis. i really don't understand the hate, if you think it's so easy, why not do it better and put them out of business? but it's so much easier to find fault with others then actually get out there and make it happen.

at the end of the day no one forces anyone to buy there or sell there. all those people going in there are sure looking happy to be buying their products there.

so who's side are you people wishing the feds on them actually on? personally that makes me a lot sicker then seeing some one making a great living doing what they love doing. don't blame them for charging market prices, blame the fucking law for making those prices so high through criminalization in the first place.

i'm not familiar with the effects of vicodin or what ever he was supposedly using, but i got the feeling he dug that up as a great excuse for his betrayal. i'm sure he knew that that was pretty much the only way not to be totally hated by is boss. in my opinion he didn't look like a junky who's stealing to get his shit. but i suppose it is possible. also as was pointed out, which drug addict will be able to keep the cash they stole to supposedly get their fix. so he was probably stealing for a while to be able to just pay back that 3 grand on the spot, or he was not really addicted.

edited to add: but yeah. some of their non profit money would be well spent to get him help if he really is in need of it.

I knew he was jonesing the second I heard his voice. Those tattoos up the inside of his arm made me wonder if he had already graduated to using a needle and got the tattoos to cover up the marks.

You are a confused man. If they sell their product for $.01 a gram of $100.00 per gram it is none of your fucking business and they didn't steal a fucking thing from you.

As for anti-trust you must be smoking more than cannabis if you think one group of jackasses amount to an insurmountable monopoly that you need the fuck pigs to protect you from. Why don't you worry that the two largest oil companies in this country control almost all of the gas sold in CA. Why do you give a shit that one shop does $28mm top line? You understand that is not even .1% of retail cannabis in CA don't you?

perfect would be if anyone could set up a coffee shop for anyone to come and buy and get stoned at. but alas that's not possible right now. what is possible is the dispensary set up so that's what there is. not their fault they can only sell any cannabis at all if they sell it as medicine. and again no one is forced to buy there. the one thing i do find disappointing is the anti recreational cannabis comment. even if i kind of got his motive, it was a downer.

government backed gangster? stealing? anti trust? what are you talking about, if they'd been stealing don't you think the yearly audits would have shown something up.

to me they are providing a vital service to the community, just like the big growers supplying them. without them those that really need the cannabis for a better life style would have no cannabis instead of expensive cannabis and after all every med user could be growing their own, or getting a caretaker to grow for them. it seems many are not interested and are happy just to hit the dispensary. but you think they should close them and lock them up so all those folks have to go running around on the street trying to buy their cannabis off the local junky dealers. seems you prefer those types to make the sales i guess?
