Being from the east coast....i would have to say this show is nothing but good. For the most part they are showing that medical marijuana is big business, and that it really is a cure.

That drama queen type guy who talks like he starred in "half baked" is annoying as hell though. The guy needs to think before he speaks, especially on national TV.

I haven't visited a dispensary in almost two years. don't waste your money. I'm not interested in the big business of medical marijuana, I wanted to see the growers and learn a few tips. Shame on this shows producers for "not knowing anything about marijuana" and editing the show like bitches. I love cannabis and these asses are bigger asses than my ass.

Gee, a brand-new user shows up bashing Don Duncan and ASA with no documentation at all.

Does anyone doubt that there are LE agents on here trying to sow discord? The federal government may be bunglers, but they have certainly tried stuff like this in the past.

I do not know whether Don Duncan is Gandhi or Hearst, or something else. But when your first post is a completely unsubstantiated bash, you'll forgive those of us who don't lend it much weight, I hope.
As if this was necessary. I guess the drama with pollinators/bubble bags/water hash patents(who invented what) and the constant bitching festival in the seed industry is also instigated by LEO, yes? So the customer doesn't know what brand to buy.... sneaky little devils.
And here i thought there's just a lot of immature and greedy fuckups in the Cannabusiness

Not necessarily LE. Sometimes just the little dibble on our left shoulder. Point being, info is info, gossip is just hating.

by doing a bit of research you can get a handle on which bubble bags are properly made with the right size mesh. it's really not complicated, in fact there are many threads with superb inf about various types of bubble bags.

it's not fair to tar all the canna industry with the same brush. just like in any business so companies are better then others, you always have to watch out that you are not buying some thing other then you thought. bbags have to be made with certain max and min mesh size, also the mesh openings and the thread thickness is more important then the amount of threads per inch.

This show is very entertaining but the 3rd episode was poor (other than the lady in the wheelchair and even that could not make up for the episodes focus on the idiot thief who worked there and got the sack.
One of the things that interest me most about this show and the clubs in general are all the edibles (including soda's) and other canna products (like tinctures and other such stuff). If anyone is familiar with the things sold in dispensaries other than bud and hash/oil could you check this thread out and offer some advice.

they are much too open not to be operating above board, so i will accept that they are operating on a non profit basis, ie, profits are used to pay salaries, running expenses and the rest put back in. i'm sure the audits they have had would have closed them down if they were not playing according to the rules. to be honest for the huge risk they are taking (with federal leo) it seems nuts not to run at a profit, but then again they must give them selves some decent salaries and as soon as they are run for profit they'd be in greater danger. catch 22.

how many episodes have been made so far, anyone know?

In California, you only have to "donate" 20% of your profits to keep within "non-profit" regulations. I know it's a joke, but then again so are a lot of laws.
