The only thing with ducksfoot is when in veg perfect camo plant.when it flowers not so stealthy.good luck with your webbed indica. Breeding with it also not very consistent.hopefully the man who made it will chime in.

thats cool maha,
im keen to see how she does and what she turns into,
certainly seems a bit different to the original ducks i had ,
the leaf does look more similar to the webbed indica i had from hawaii ,
might be some mighty fine cannabis there with luck man ,

my mate , who also calls himself mr duck,
said a webbed indica , or strawberry web cross he grew recently was pretty potent stuff ,
with a nice greasy feel to it , took quite a while to dry and still felt a bit wet he said ,

quite a coincidence finding those old pictures the other day that i shared with you ,
ill wack some up later on once i sort them out a bit better ,
fun to re-live some memories from way back ...

yeah it is HWI cross I got from my friend, big thanks amigo! so not your ducksfoot Donald. yours was sativa? I am still confused about all these ducksfeet. good to hear it is pretty potent.

you are el duck, so you know it the best. tell us more about ducksfoot. how does the bud of it taste? I read peppery spicy, but I also read tropical candy hash with skunky background?

I know that strawberry web, it is supposed to come from Maui. while HWI is supposed to come from Puna and they are entirely different from Australian ducksfoot, am I right?

this cross I have is exactly: Hawaiian Webbed Indica x Molokai Frost.

Yea the stuff i had was sativa ,
maybe with a little indica because the original stuff got some pretty solid flowers and regularly covered in pink pistils ,
the reason i traded with a guy from hawaii was his stuff sounded like the opposite of mine ,
so we both figured they would enhance each other , which i did find to be true ,
the ducksfoot i had was super happy weed , always put a big grin on ones face ,
the hawaiin stuff was just downright potent , despite its funny , leafy looking flowers ,

the cross of the two was some of the most potent weed i have had ,
moreso than most of the modern potent varieties ..

the duck had a lovely taste , i think tropical candy hash with a bit of skunk describes it pretty well ,
might throw a bit of coffee in there ,
it even left a taste on ones lips , that a while after when licked you could taste it still ,
the aroma was very strong , a few friends said they had a lot of trouble transporting it due to the strong smell it excuded ,
i grew a bunch of the webbed hybrids in my patch and they stunk out the whole valley ,
it was lucky we were growing in such a remote area otherwise it would have been noticed ..

thanks for information. oozing bad. but you had also different webbed indica no? I remember that you were selling webbed indica x c99, that was different WI than this HWI?

hehehe plants are really very smelly. just like diesel. I hope molokai frost improved leafy bud structure, let see. hell I like potent weed.

I hope more people will chime in, somebody has to grow it. I saw USC sold ducksfoot. anybody is growing it or any info on it? same for tiger style seeds hawaian duckfoot? Anunnaki genetics have some ducksfoot bx, anybody?

I grew the USC one.
by now I'm quiet some generations removed from that though, the pure duckfoot was a bit late here. my current duckfoot crosses do finish in time.

the fun thing is that while the webbed leaf trait inherits very simply, you do still get some different leafshapes from the combination with other leaf traits (like fat/thin fingers, difference in length between the fingers, unsymetrical/symetrical, etc). also how far the webbing continuees along the fingers.

(the A ones are direct sisters, I think that was an f2, I think all or most of the other pics are also from crosses belonging to that same 'family' of lines/crosses, for example that purple one is a descendant of A6)

Kind of a shitty picture. I guess I deleted the other ones.... These are from Doc D. Magic Spirit Seed company. He called these Hawaiin Webbed Indica. I did an open pollination. These flowered later into the season than I anticipated. This picture is the day of transplant. They have a floral tropical sweet cologne aroma. Absolutely no skunk aromas from this batch

Ducksfoot is lovely. Just lovely! Lip smacking delicious unique taste that persists pleasantly a good while after the exhale. Cool thread!

wow purple ducksfoot! great work with it. RESPECT and thanks for sharing. I have also some individuals with that asymmetrical leaf growth, I will take some pics of it later.

great you did OP. how did you like smoke. probably some different selection? but sounds tasty.

HWI x MF is coming from hawaiian growers 2CK, Squiddy, and this guy who says it is stinky in veg too:

...i'm gonna try the Hawaiian Webbed Indica that is in the black tray indoors here as it hasn't been sexed yet, hoping for a female as it is really stinky right now...:D...should be fun...

thanks for info. I got only one webbed plant from cross I have, this one is not duckfoot. sure it is different. do you know source where doc d got his hawaiian web?

what I have is hawaiian webbed indica x molokai frost... not all individuals of hawaiian webbed indica are with webbed leafs, correct me if I am wrong, anybody who knows that genetics. thanks. molokai frost is not webbed so..therefore there is small occur of webbed plants I think. anyway they are lovely...

but I have another cross which is webbed plant from hawaiian indica x strawberry web/molokai frost. thanks bro. so there are probably more webbed plants. havent popped it yet.

both hawaiian webbed indica and strawberry web are described as indicas by hawaiian growers.
