The free press are easy to control. They all have different bias, which gives them all a different use. You want a story about milk on the front page, you tell the farming orientated paper that you like. Not the one that comes to open invite conferences and asks the difficult questions. You give them nothing, while elevating their competitors. With leaks, and inside scoops, if you must engineer them. You have unexpected public releases, where some papers get told in time, and others don't have chance to get there. If the press want enough news to stay afloat, they can't rock the boat. They want their photographers at closed functions, they need clearance they can't demand.
There is a free press. Free to find something else to do.

Egypt don't want them. The only person that likes immigration, is the immigrant.

Trump wants Greenland. He will accept Russia taking land, and Israel, to pave the way.
He spoke to Putin weeks ago, but not what we can hear. His offer was letting Putin take what he wants, at the cost of not selling the EU fuel until Trumps got what he wants. His sights are also set on land acquisition, and has made it clear Greenland is wanted, with no red lines spoke of. He don't have the Ukraine in his orbit, and Putins profits from the EU are worth giving up, for a bit.
Trump will supply the EU, then use that and nato as leverage for the EU to find Greenland suddenly less important. He may even have Putin supply a little pressure on Denmark, about nato's importance to them, if not simply how fuel security effects a cold country.
Later, After the land seizures of both, they can look again at oil supply. How Putin can have the Ukraine, and then squeeze everyone with high priced oil, to pay for it. While the US can also jack up the oil prices, in that global price fixing they don't even hide from us.

This is why Putin says Trump is a clever man. They can both get what they want, and exit the situation with higher oil revenue.
very conspiratorial, but I will grant you a rational chain of incentives

It's difficult, but he see's Greenland as a must have, and needs to leverage the EU, and Denmark in particular. Without it looking like he is a bad person.

The case fits. Don't end the war you don't see as important to you, and instead use it to show how much you are needed. Keep friends with a superpower in the other set, and come out of it with higher oil prices.

He's going to be good for immediate US business, but long term he's.. well he's dead soon so doesn't care.
I wonder how the canal is looking. I have no idea. I barely follow Israel. America foothold in Palestine.

are we seeing the first steps in forming the CoDominium?
from works of science fiction that predicted the military merger of the USA and USSR

CoDominium could be just a matter of time. If we get to visit another planet, we would want global representative of each to talk.

On the subject of CoDominiums, 50 million US to buy Gaza a few. Maybe even Hamas in particular. It actually seems like a good idea. We have been helping nations with birth control for years. It's a more streamlined aid approach, than the many problems arising from multiplication. I should send them a pack, but mine are all out of date

Yes, the red necks took power, so it's what's expected. The guy positively glows.

It's more likely than Israel supporters killing US students though. Essentially their allies. Their biggest allies, that no other would replace. It's almost killing their own family, the US is so Jewish.
Russia will be back in Syria before long, so the Jews need the US. It's fundamental.

Yes, history says a lot. Disliked accumulators. Shunned by everyone. What did we think would happen, giving them a home. It will never be big enough. Their bible will be translated again and again, to find ways to claim the whole world, as gods given land. People in neighbouring countries know this by word of mouth. Egypt might be sunni to, but letting Gaza in, moves Jews along the boarder. In an advance that can only come their way later.

This serves the west though. Let them have a war. Slowing the development of countries and religious groups that like blowing things up. Israel needs to grow, as the problem countries get more advanced. We defined their boarder when they got given some of Palestine, but didn't define what was over it. So they keep taking.
TBH if they take Syria right up to Turkey, it's good for the EU. Islam spread into the EU long ago, but the more separation we have had, the more Muslims have gone to the off-licence, than the mosque.
We don't like immigration, but when people come here because it's better, why would they want to bring their shit with them. If Israel can serve as a buffer, I'm more interested in the Ukraine war.
