Good to have some of the crew back, it was getting a little lonely here lol.

Got my tattoo a couple days ago, hurt like hell, looks amazing though. I've always wanted one on my side in my lifetime so now I can say I've accomplished that.

Gonna be making brownies today, brownies or muffins still deciding. Smoking on some blueberry right now, haven't had any in years. Straight blueberry jam and vicks, really awesome combination. The nug I got looks exactly like the one for dj shorts true bb pics on the bou. Amazing foxtailing, clusters of orange hairs, and a light green to blue/purple color. hops- Im 140 on a good day, just skin and bones. I know the persistent tickle your talking about though. My girlfriend got a good pic of my getting it done where Im just cheesin. Just up towards my ribs and down on my hip is what hurt. One on my back wasn't bad at all, just kinda like a scratch across your neck.

Brownies turned out pretty good. In the process of eating one with my morning coffee. Shoulda cleaned the butter more, just gagged from the overwhelming pot/chocolate taste lol. Eh one is good to put me out in a couple hours, my girl can handle small bites.

Morning everyone! Gonna be my last wake and bake of the winter break. School starts back up tomorrow but my classes start on Wednesday. Kind of excited for this semester to start. I have less than a year left in this damn city! Cant wait to move home (out west) after xmas.

I think that animals that hibernate have the right idea.... its cold as fuck, I stayed in bed 'til almost noon! Drinking some hot chocolate and taking a few vape hits now, might spend the day relaxing by the wood stove with a few good books! Wish I had some more ganja to say I'd stay blazed for the better part of the day but I'm running low and probably should tone it down a bit....

Havent been around in some time. Glad to see my morning baker friends doing well. And its good to see everyone smoking well these days. Some killer strains being smoked all around... MTF, Cheese, Headband.... high-class herbals right there. Ms.FatBlunt420... that NH x ECSD sounds great as well. Ive got some of ECSD x NH going right now. VEry excited for the outcome of these.

I got hella nervous when I handed them the cup of synthetic piss at the lab. I just told them I didn't like drug tests. They were like whatever, sign here and here.

So printed off that article about "pot cures cancer governement knew in 74", then also printed off that study, also the cannabinoid fact pdq from cancer.gov, and also the madrid 2000 study exposing cannabinoids effect on tumors and 3 types of cancer growths, also I printed off the management team including their background from GW pharma.

After completing this, I went to a scheduled meeting with my advisor, explained each one, gave em to her to read more, and said "this is what I came to school for and where should I go next?" I figured she wouldn't straight up hate it but she was absolutely thrilled this is what I want to do. Pretty cool. So now instead of going straight to the workforce working for a boring landscape company or potted greenhouse after I am done, hopefully its on to grad school for basket.

She recommended I try contacting some of the geneticists or research associates and see if they need help in any of the labs. The meetings are only supposed to be around 10-15 min and mine ended up being over an hour and it was while she was trying to eat lunch. Really happy to be where I am at and have the instructors I do.

You getting a Degree or Diploma? Im in for the same thing, You do a practical with your school? not a chance I would be potting labour at a greenhouse after graduating.

My practical is at a Brand new Aquaponics green house, my hightec in the Prov, So stoked.

Anyway, Wake and Bake!!! Wake... And.... Bake.... In -50 weather!!!! fuckin crazy weather.

BB... that is some good news. Ill bet youre thrilled. It is a tremendous to have instructors that are receptive to new ideas and encouraging towards those ideas as well. The profs I had in hort school sound like complete opposites of what you described. Be thankful and take advantage of your opportunities because it is not the norm ime. Same to you SirTokes... sounds like you guys are on the right path! Good luck!

Good morning IC MAG! Working on a bowl of "emergency stash", it sounds windy and cold out but I think I'm gonna bundle up and go for a walk after this. Fresh air and sunshine are good, even when it's frigid! (maybe it won't be as cold as I'm expecting?)

Great news budbasket! Congrats on that, I bet your adviser doesn't see a lot of passion in most of the students she meets with... I could be wrong, but probably a lot of students don't have a clue where they want to go after school, where as you know and are passionate about what direction you're going on even though you may not know all the details and "how" yet. Who knows, I know of a few professors who smoke, maybe she's a fan as well! haha

SirTokes, I agree with trich, sounds like you and budbasket choose fun majors!

trich, as much as I hate the cold and snowy winter, I gotta say it sounds like an enjoyable day to me! Stay warm and buzzed!

JustDoIt...my breakfast now a days is just a simple protein shake with maybe a little fruit..haha...or WEEDIES, the breakfast of cham...uhh..wait..the breakfast of stoney janitors..lol

Tokes- in for my bachelors right now, hopefully masters in the next year- 18 months. Phd is eventually the plan but that's so far off right now we'll see where I end up. With the potted plant thing, I meant running a greenhouse. Seasonal flowers and what not. I wouldn't waste so much time and money in school if it was to work as labor help.

At least a 4 month internship is required somewhere before graduation, they'll send us anywhere in the world just gotta figure out what you wanna do. Working at vineyards in France/California, or the top golf courses in the country, spending your summer working for a MLB or NFL team managing the turf. I know people who worked with Arnold Palmer and watching him redesign a golf course or going down to the Super bowl like 2 weeks early and helping set up the field and stay late to clean up.

That's just a few of the cool things I have heard students doing this last summer. I want to intern for a co-op or chemical analysis company within our industry. Itd be so cool helping out with a outdoor grow over summer. State living requirements like in Colorado and having to have a rec card makes this really tricky. And most of all I just want to be legal. I could have moved outta state to a medical one and started up but Id be reading the papers every day trying to see what the feds are doing next and worrying if I'm next.

Just- I think my enthusiasm is why she has been so willing to help. She tells me all the time how shes loves how I am excited about everything and how she wishes everyone else had the passion I show.

My biochem and other chem classes I have taken arn't going to count for my degree now, lol. So I am just taking the biochem as a refresher for organic and the others. Really need to get an A outta it but almost positive Ill end up with a B.
