I see this movement going back a few decades if this fails. Uncle Sam will go right up to the hill to get more money released from the house and senate committees and all hell is going to break loose in Cali when that happens. It won't be overnight, but I have a strong gut feeling it will be within a year. I'm not surprised the feds haven't done what they were doing in Mexico back in the 70's when they would do flyovers and spray the crops with Paraquat.
This isn't about just making something legal so you have no fear of going to prison. It's about telling the Fed's to fuck off and let the state's govern their state.

Number 2 reason is Prop 19 has suggested idea's of where the tax money is going and NO definitive answer. I would like a large portion going back to schools. They need more physical education too fat kids nowadays. Need to get the Arts back and get kids thinking and not playing Call of Duty.
