where is my man Patton Oswalt???? The blue Collar guys are overexposed and frankly, not that funny. They recycle the same old same old "here's your line/ you might be a/ get her done" every freakin show and it is not funny. When they first came out, they were great, but they need to move on and do something different.

The worst comedian on EARTH is Carlos Mencia.... nothing he says is funny... nothing.

You must be thinking of Steven Wright. He's a great comedian. I think Mitch Hedberg was influenced by him a lot. I voted for Mitch, he was awesome R.I.P.

Drew Hastings, Mike Armstrong, Heywood Banks, Mike Birbiglia, Rodney Carrington ("Don't look now, you're momma's got her boobs out!" is hilarious), Scott Dunn, Costaki Economopoulos, Jim Gaffigan ("Bippity, Boppity, Bacon!" and "Bacon bits are like the fairy dust of the food world."), Nick Griffin, Jeff Dunham, Louis CK, Greg Hahn, Mike MacRae does a great impersenation of Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones, Henry Phillips, Augie Smith, Danial Tosh, Doug Stanhope, Tom Wilson (Biff from the Back to the Future movies). There are so many great comedians out there, I couldn't come up with one favorite.

Not to mention all the great classic comedians; Bill Cosby, Richard Pryor, Robin Williams, Steve Martin, George Carlin, Redd Foxx, Eddie Murphy, Don Rickles, Dennis Leary...

I could go on and on.

Jees, theres been so many good comedians over the years i've forgotten most of them.

For longevity it has to be Billy Connolly. He's as funny now as he was when he started out all those decades ago ~ and thats a rare thing.

for pure filth it has to be Roy Chubby Brown

I like Gypsy's "tommy cooper" shout. His jokes and tricks weren't spectacular but just looking at the guy made me smile everytime
