pistils at the base of the nodes. mabey the were stunted. I tried to post pics but it wants a url number, I have no idea what that is

i'm using canna coco seems to hold quite a bit of water.

Ur missing a lot of details that I asked to help identify the problem. Look through them and answer them all and I can give u a pretty good idea of whats going on and how to fix it. But pics would help quite a bit and posting it in coco or infirmary

If ur just looking for ic's help specifically id be happy to step out of the way.

thanks miraculous, ichabod, and everyone for your input. I would be lost without you guys. I have a buddy who grows, he thinks I need to up my ppms to 1200 or so. I think he's crazy. somehow he runs 5000 yes 5000 ppms. i don't know how he does it but it works, the weed is fire.i'm not going anywhere near 1200

lmao ive seen all kinds of ways to be successful but that one kinda blows my mind. I copy experts that use 1.0 to 1.2 ec and hit 1.5 to 2 gpw . Ive done it, so I know that it is enough. that's 500 to 700ppm on ur standard ppm readings. lol 5000...

I did have a friend feeding 2000 and his run off was 3000 and he had pretty good success. I thought the buds burnt hot, but he harvested decent yield.

Thread or pics?

Heres what I here.

Soil plants doing ok but coco isn't.

So it sounds like the coco is the problem.

1.0 to 1.2ec at 5.8 is the no brainer formula that works awesome. I don't kknow jacks, but u need to make sure the ratio of nutrients are correct for coco. Do u know this to be true for coco?

The light green and yellowing sounds like a couple possible things. High ph in the medium and the medium is too wet. So check ur runoff ph and see where its at.

Now whats ur pot size, plant size, lights, room temps, rh.

How are u watering? If they aren't close to drying out by next day maybe overwatering?
i'm running 1.5 gallon hempys with coco, I up potted a week before flower hand watering daily within and hour of lights on plants are 2 ft tall and bushy. rh has been high not sure how high no way of checking, they seem still somewhat wet i'm going to skip the watering tonight. mabey with the space at the bottom of the pot i don't need to water every day. i'm running 1k over 600 stack with a group of plants on the floor, and a shelf with another group of plants. seems the bigger plants on the shelf are more affected

Let them dry a bit in between waterings till they show signs of getting healthy. If they are in that small of a pot and aren't drying by the next day that means u haven't got a good enough root mass to water all the time. I think im having a similar problem. What sucks is some of mine need watering every day while others are staying sopping wet the next day. Its much easier if u have them to where the roots are filled in and need to be watered at least daily, but by ur transplanting a week before flower it sounds like u didn't get them established.

So back off the waterings, let them dry but not bone dry at all. and they will come back around before u know it. U need to get them dryer starting now though, if u keep drowning them they will be to unhealthy to put on any weight. unfortunately I think I remember u saying ur 20 some days in, it prob wont be a great recovery this round. Just do what I said and see if that's the cure and get the best u can out of this run and use this knowledge to nail the next one.

gl bud.

that runoff ph will yellow ur plants too. Start flushing through with 5.5 to 5.6 till u get runoff coming out under 6.

Coco likes to raise ph like that, or come that way out of the bag or bail. its best to check it before u use it so u can adjust it and avoid these probs.

He's crazy. Stop watering for 3-4 days. I'll bet money your issues are due to overwatering. Once a plant is established, it is impossible to overwater; immediately after transplant it is very easy to overwater. I wait 4-6 days after transplant before watering again... Then 3-5 days between waterings... Finally after a week or two, I begin watering every other day or everyday.

EDIT: This is a perfect example of taking clones into a 1 or 2 gallon pot. Those bitches need time to grow roots and plant mass to take multiple waterings per day.

I don't worry about pH and I water my nutes at ~5.5 and they come out over 6.5-7. DTW is the way to handle issues like this imho.

k miraculous , so flush with nutes, around 5.5. should I wait for them to dry out alittle bit?

Yes cause the roots breathing is problem number 1. After they dry and lighten up then flush through and set ur ph. then back to letting them dry for a bit till u get to the point where they ask u to water daily. Once that happens then ur at the point where u cant hardly over water. Hope that helps.

Again if ur 20 some days in don't expect full revovery. In fact they prob wont get to the point where can water them daily on this run if ur that far in and having these probs.

If ur dtw, just make sure before u transplant u set ur coco ph or at least flush through with some 5.5 to 5..8. Unless u buy already adjusted coco.

But dtw is easy cheesy. I feed 1.0 ec at 5.8ph and don't worry about runoff unless I have probs. Excellent top yields and quality imo

thanks miraculous, lswm, ichabod,I feel like an idiot pretty sure overwater is the culpret causing the ph to rise. ichabod i'll hand your thread back to you,. and good to hear from snype too. you guys rock your all an inspiration to me. I hope to rise to your caliber someday
