thanks paulo - yeah i seem to get away with packing them in very tight. ventilation system seems to deliver fresh air pretty well and i get by with just the tiny computer fan blowing over the canopy, fanning away the heat from the lamp.

got some pics form today, plants are starting to yellow a bit which is slightly earlier than ideal... but it never seems to cost me much yield - in fact i wonder if triggering the yellowing process can actually increase yield in that it re-uses food that is stored in the leaves to grow the flowers. they all got a feed today with biobiz bloom. shark at full strength and BB at half.

killerweed, moneymike - thanks guys yeah the Bb is a pretty good yielder, not the biggest but i can usually neat the gpw mark with her.

all's well with the plants! they each got a handful of EWC mixed into a slurry with molasses water today - i cant harvest these until after christmas so i dont want then to fade out too quickly.

and here a few Power Black F2 seedlings - this is a cross/line im trying to work on that is Power Plant x Black Forrest (which is a vietnamese landrace cross). these are the first f2's ive popped and im looking for a high yielding Power Plant dominant pheno for my next run.

Did you do an open poll to make the F2s? I found F1 to be very PP-dom....had like 1 BF-leaning girl.....but got a dreamboat male.....all his kids have been great plants

Hey Blimey i havent tried any of the DC quad seeds, tbh i didnt think it was a particularly good smoke - but thats not to say there arent any gems to be had from the seeds. wish i had more space!
as for the power black i would be quite happy to get a power plant dominant pheno - tbh i would like my PP cut back but i lost it a while ago. many arent big fans of the PP but i find it great for social situations where you want to get high but keep talking. i find it like a herb equivalent of the old marching powder which i dont touch these days but quite a few of the peeps we socialise with still do.
and the missus likes it

hi guys, we are 7.5 weeks in and i have a positive plethora of pics for you today 
starting with the tall blueberry. looking rather autumnal already - the cold temps rather crept up on me which may have contributed to this.. but im confident that this will yield pretty well and be great smoke! often they begin another phase of growth round the 8 week mark so we will see
and the rather inappropriately named short Blueberry
on to the shark1 cut, which is fattening up nicely - this goes 10-12 and still should have some growth in it too

harvest may be problematic this run as it falls over the xmas period and kids will be off school etc. i need the house empty for at least a day to harvest a plant because of the smell once i get it out of the cab for any length of time. so these will get may extra week or so over what i normally give them - should be fine though.

Stunning as usual. The colours coming through, particularly on the short blueberry, are beautiful!
