Do we really think that government will come and test every bud out there to make sure it meets the requirements of THC/CBD ratios of said current bills in the legislature?
With today being the first day of the 2014 legislature and having 6 bills on the docket, the conversation is being opened. I'm surprised to see 2 bills submitted for recreational use this term. Also more movement on the bills than previous years, all previous years died in committee.
Lets face it, MONEY TALKS! I'm sure the tax revenues that CO has reported for recreational will be a talking point in committee. FL has the opportunity to generate revenue like no other. Florida's winter tourist season and spring break destination alone would outdo CO. Now who would want to miss out on that money?
