useless smoke reports???

why are people posting smoke reports of strains you can't buy seeds for?

and posting smoke reports without pictures?

maybe im totally wrong on this, if i am.. please say so



but i dont see a need to post reports without pics, because whats a report without a pic, and why report on something you cant buy a seed for

mostly talking aobut all these random Kush reports... what is there a Kush in every color? A kush in every flavor?

Red kush, Blue kush, purple kush, orange kush, red kush, loll....

lemon kush, rasberry kush, strawberry kush, blueberry kush?

Is anyone else seeing the pattern? I am kind of annoyed by all these dumb reports, anyone agree or am I totally wrong?

i did one with no pics on strawberry kush, it was strawberry something and the suffix happened to be kush and besides i wanted to do a smoke report

its people bringing homemade genetics out of there growrooms and into the community, although i will agree that there is a possibility that someone could be embellishing about some weed they got. I did not fabricate, and what do i possibly stand to gain from lying on an anonymous forum??

But the pattern you talk about... LOL YES!

I remeber when WHITE was the rage.

Its about whats new and popular, thats all.
When you get over the fact that the Strain of the Month is no better or worse than what came before or what will come after.

Well if the report is detailed and yes i think pics included.. it helps other growers look for similar phenotype expression from their grows using seeds u can buy.. for instance i nominated rosy cheeks for a pic of sensi star in the grow diary, and in the grow diary he is lookin to get the "ogre" from lookin for the diff pheno expression the ogre is known to have.. so i guess the strawberry kush or red kush is just the same, people buyin seed can then look at the reports and even better the grow diary they are from and see if they can find that "special" version.. just a thought anyhow

Well... even if some are out of people's closets... how can they call it a kush? I guess if ya wanted you can call it anything ya want... just doesn't seem legit to me I guess?

And if people are reporting on weed they buy... how do they know it's legit... it could be something else

Well if you get to know folks and earn a good reputation (the real kind, not little dots) then you might be able to obtain these kush cuts... So these reports folks put up (the real ones) ARE quite useful! Any documentation of a punished and persecuted species IS important!

That is what i mean tho.. they cld have bought hindu kush or master kush or burmese kush or golden skush etc and be lookin for phenotype expression in those plants similar to reports on here.. i agree the useless reports with little real info are silly, but some folk do manage some good reports with good grow diaries too

why does a lack of pictures detract from the usefulness of the post? not everyone wants to or can catalog everything that graces their home. personally i dont have many if any pics of my own things and like to keep it that way. Besides, whens the last time an image of something told you how it smoked? (talking about the experience)
