was going to finish the floor levelling today, but with the porch joining the lounge , there is a wee step of 3-6 mm and i don't want to thin set any tiles , so i'm going to set up for more concrete pouring . i will jam up a walkway, to use for today, re pour three quarters of the room , and tmw i can pull the jams out and pour the walkway to finish that job off. if i skimped on pouring more , i would have to piss around a lot more when it comes to applying the tiles perfectly level , with thin and thick sets.

500 litres i would of used approximately

The most successful entrepreneurs recognize that there are people who can do things better than they can. That's why they focus on developing good services or products, delegating and optimally supporting their employees. This is the secret of successful German middle-class enterprises.
In addition, of course, there is also a good infrastructure, hard-working employees with a good education and supra-personal values.

The French historian Immanuel Todd says that the decline of authentic Christian values which are focussing on beeing an good human beeing and treating others kindly, is leading to the decline of society everywhere in Europe and America.
I highly recommend his YouTube videos.

That sounds like a good idea.
I myself find it very satisfying to help other people to meet their basic needs, to help them to help themselves and to find a source of lasting joy. I think you feel the same way if you can help your employee. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you become even more useful in the future and get good money for good work.

i sort of feel responsible for him, and i don't want to let him down, and can see masses of ability within him .
