i think my face off , gdp, and gg4 samples are too fresh (from the vine).
the jtr is very very cured (45+ days). great dry texture. the results are 21% -22%.
last time it was 22-23%. the margin of error is +/-5%
on this stuff you gotta pay attention to details , follow all the steps fucking exact.
very specific protocol. & im high as shit from the face off. tweekin & geekin.
had to do a second plate to be sure. fuck that.
in the develop jar right now, i got another test.
same way i tested last time. single dip. hot sample.
first plate was a "double dip" cold plate... i wanted to get the "chemo types" of the strains too.

definitely confident in my jtr sample. nice dry nug texture. it leaves white ash.
the other three i just harvested. just became smokable. black/dark ash. more goo like in nug texture.
for sure 3x i tested jtr. range is solid 21 to 23%. right in the middle id say 22% is an honest value. complete canna profile w/ thcv & cbd in measurable amounts.
plate degrades quickly so you have to scan or photo it.

i contacted them today about "dryness" (moisture content) of samples.
and if you need to get both 2 microliter capillary tubes to empty on the same spot on the thin layer plate.
searching around i found extra plates cheap & even found cheap 4 microliter tubes so you can drop 1 load onto the plate.
still would need the test fluid & develop power from them.
the 4 microliter cold test is the most accurate, imo.
& my fav to do.

taking just the tops of the gg4 in a 2x2 screen. got 3 dry zips. gonna get 5 to 6 dry zips of fire nuggets from a 3 gallon container easy.
left 60% of the bush under the 400w cmh & she's looking plump ! rest gonna fall this weekend.

glad to see the testing coming in finally. i notice you didnt mention the false reads on the fresh samples, im assuming they were all kinda low for some reason? im sure youll get better results with a cured product. they do make it sound like you should take the average of several tests on the website.

im waiting to hear back from the test kit people.
other than acid content, the reads on the fresh samples were all the same 13 to 14%. & that cant be right.
you can see the dark tube, the most dissolved, is the jtr. the others are light color like cooking oil.
they say two minute but you can go longer. shaking them too. the agitation was sufficient cause jtr was good to go.
i pulled 4 small jars for the next samples. this way test nugz can be separate from everything else.
for sure, total % for jtr, same way iron labs does it adding up all the #s , is definitely low to mid 20s total canna content.
stoked cause its a good cut, with super flavor, & the numbers are right-on after several tests.

yeah im happy to hear ab the jtr as well. im gonna send off some glue for testing when i order some of those diy test kits. based on personal experience i know its the strongest weed ive ever grown, and the strawberry dd i had from bobble was good for 22 + i feel this batch of glue i have now is over 24 for sure. but i want a fancy printout still...
your face off should be clearing 24 as well i would think... i cant imagine the gdp coming in over 20 wouldnt you say?

holy shit i dropped a crock pot (lid too) on the tile floor. 3 hour to clean the mess.
glue & face off are definitely the strongest weed i have in jars. the other berry white phenos i found, 2 years ago, were headknocker. the berry white in flower now is super sticky. blue dream tested same as jtr 21-23%. then there's cherry pie & sfv , both fuego. pink cheese is getting on the next test run. upper teens id guestimate. dank for sure. girl scout nookies too. dank as fuck... good like the glue. and lets not forget the ssdd. lethal smoke.
id say the glue, face off, cherry pie, sfv, nookies... all in the 20+.
gdp about 15 to 16%. that's be total canna content not just thc.
then there's margin of error, you'd see this even in gas chroma testing.
im smoking gg4 right now. best in the house. better than face off cause it smells and tastes awesome. plus it yields fabulous. cat piss, dead skunk, and a touch of lemon isnt my thing most of the time. however, when you smoke the face off, it'll make you an immediate believer...just like gg4.

finally got epsom salt on the way. 7lb for 10$. great deal. hit em all with fish emulsion today. smells like the beach in here.
