useless everything ... useless all the time

Why not run perpetual? Then you can decide how long you wanna wait in between crops. 10-11 weekers, you could harvest a crop every 5-5.5 weeks. 8 weekers you can harvest once a month. Possible even with a single light. Nothing new as I'm sure you know, just putting it out there in case you forgot. It blew my mind how many old timers I know that had trouble understanding how I had fresh buds about once a month. Then I explain, and it's like those jet.com commercials....POOF!!

i do that. in most respects, i have plants in flower at all stages of life. all the time. with scrog a little more challenging cause you're filling screens.

recently, i freed up 2 tables for my SOG adventures. a table every 5 weeks ...exactly what im thinking !!!

took some husky blue dream cuts.
next gonna be pink cheese.

the reason for this new aero bucket (toy) :

Yeah I used to run a 4x8 flood table in two batches. Plus a 4x8 section of the room for "dirt section". Made it so I harvested every month and twice every other month. Another benefit was the longer flowering plants could take the extra weeks to finish, because I always had a "full crop" at least halfway done.

right. exactly. i like the long flower for the screens. BD though she runs SOG great too.

im all ready in the lab. just need the cuts in containers.

the 7 or 8 weekers would give me monthly harvest on a rotation with 2 tables. with the strains i have for the clients (and they dont get access to every cut, some is only for me & never sold) i can manage a 5 week cycle easy.

still need that 7 or 8 weeker for sure.

plus, like you say, the screens, they finish when they finish. it's no problem letting one screen ripen little more or whatver... if i dont feel like trimming for some reason.

me. while i hate trimming. for sure aint no thing when those nugs are ready!
plus, for the love, i make them nugz shine by hand.

got a salad bowl trimmer if i need to rush it.

what you think about the salad bowl? you think you could us it with one hand?

only for THE most dense flowers. its not a bad tool in the arsenal when you trim often.
i still prefer to work by hand. 90% of every nug outta my lab is hand trimmed.

still this 2 table cycle would be so sweet with a 7-8 week , super dense flower.
def use the salad bowl for that.

yes. i can spin the trimmer one hand.
but you still need both hands. one to crank the handle. one to hold the bowl.

mine has a clear top so you can see what u do while working.

using this old wood desk (when i get a new desk) , i was thinking of attaching a square frame on the desk top ...to set the trimmer inside when turning the handle.

i want to set up a trim station in the lab where the filters run constantly. sometimes my house stinks so bad i cant open the front door.

just scored a bluetooth speaker for that reason.

need one of those cool trim boxes too.

but if you fixed the bowl to a table top somehow? i had a stroke awhile ago it takes me two agonizing days to trim a lb now. cant afford a rotor yet

you can.

but removing the bowl for cleaning is important.

that's why i thought about a square made from 2x4 attached to the old desk with "L" brackets... the sqaure would be scaled to the bowl size.

the trimmer bowl would fit inside the wood square & stay put & allow for easy removal.

you could just drill a hole in the bowl too.

there's an extra filter/fan/speed control imma set next to the table.

should be fat. trimmer bowl area. trim tray area.
scissor area. blue tooth speaker area. gonna trim in style.

gear. over seeds. any day.

the way i tap out my grinder i get no kief.
looking for another way to stash some for use.

speaking of trichs, making bubz tonight in fact..... whoot !

been looking at oil making vids but i cant bring myself to buy into that.

best performer from the last round of search by far is romulan x afgooy (classic seeds).
so far, super happy with the pheno i found. took backup cuts already.
just put one in a 5gal last night. indeed !

wound up keeping a pheno of mt hood huckleberry. this plant stretches zero but fills out sexy !!!!

my table set up gonna be jtr & blue dream on a 5 week cycle. straight client nuggets.

reversing the glue. in my opinion, you dont need to spray cs every day until pistils appear.
going well & looking forward to making a few crosses. got a tent dedicated too.

I like those last three posts homie. That trim tray looks awesome. I need to snag one. Wife wants to go shopping at the mall at tax time, I'm over here like they don't sell the stuff I want at the mall, lol. That JTR does look killer. I need to get some TGA gear to run specifically for making concentrates.
