You can't since it was the US Supreme Court's ruling. It would eventually end up right back in the same court! This is about as final as it gets. The 4th Amendment is now all but dead.
This ruling eliminates most of the "Fruits of the Poisonous Tree Doctrine" too.

Now i am not slamming him, but he can not be worse then the retard that bought (ie won) the job the last 8 years. I am the type of person that waits for actions before i judge someone as a good leader.
just look at a candidate like RON PAUL... that "fringe candidate" that just happened to be the one that saw all this chaos coming. Your networks/newspapers/politicians told you what to think, your debates let most of the questions goto the "favorites". Funny i thought having a election was about giving all sides a equal chance to have their points be heard and letting the voters decide. (you have a right to vote for whoever you want, just not the right to be educated equally on all the viewpoints... Those decisions are made in board rooms in big towers, as they know better then you!)

That man is a real person, his name is Alex Jones and he has documentaries and a radio talk show discussing government corruption and the police state. He does a cameo in Waking Life as well. Mr. Jones has been arrested IRL many times as you see in that movie merely for speaking out and using his 1st amendment freedom of speech. I am sure he will be discussing this new ruling on his radio program.
This is a very disgusting ruling. Not that the 4th amendment meant much before, but now it really is a moot point and a thing of the past. I expect police corruption to rise sharply once knowledge of this ruling becomes commonplace. If you are heavy into illegal activity it is time to move or go straight.

Ive seen in the past on "tinfoil hatter" sites about how a mass invasion of immigrants (Mexicans) will be what triggers martial law, FEMA camps, etc. Think about 5 million people storming the border at once! Look up Rex 84. It's all been planned out way in advance. I'm starting to get really worried these days. Im seeing rumors of both GE and JP Morgan being close to failure, which would pretty much collapse the entire US economy since JPM is the Federal Reserve's "bank". Something like this isn't surprising to me. The United States Judicial System has to be the worst in all of "modern" & "free" societies. Things like this only strengthen my total disgust with the US Judicial System as a whole.
