Under what guise does one rent a warehouse?

Rural farms use a huge amount of electricity and can easily be disguised as a commercial, agriculture electricity account.

Boy you are over thinking it mBus, not necessary to explain usage in commercial settings or otherwise. Every business has a different usage so as long as the bill gets paid no sweat, your only issue is will the property owner allow in leo for any bs reason. Get a alert entry pager and secure the grow within the space, get legal collective non-profit paperwork and display.

I suppose some of this is just our difference in where we live. In my state, they are extremely aggressive about getting into your business, and warehouse grows just aren't an option. In my town they have two full time employees with their own staff that just drive around all day looking for private yards that are too cluttered, commercial properties breaking rules, and they have the power to fine you and force you to comply. Maybe where I am from is unusually uptight. I'm willing to admit that. I still don't see why caution is bad though. The OP did not say what state they were in and if there is medical there.

Well taking that into account,
i was growing when a roach would get you a year! So I am familiar with the thought process of the chess game of growing underground. Rent the warehouse build a room within the room camo as a stack of boxes or shipping containers, other than a dog you're aces, have a relay to shut off electrical if unauthorised entry is attempted. I was there five years! Now since I am in a med state I have collective and non profit status and stay under numbers that would be questioned. I used to run huge grows but they are a full timejob to do right. Now lesser but larger plants. rare exotics. Nothing wrong with being thoughtfull when planning as I used to run so called fire drills to see how well and quick i could render the rooms inant. Stay safe out there.

Tell them you want to use it to grow a ton of weed and maybe store a few dead bodies then laugh real loud and don't blink for at least 3 minutes. It works like a charm...

lol how the hell you do that? And if they gain entry they are being nosy and snooping around. So you'd be fucked anyways.

In al honesty I would say listenn to those with significant experience in tthis department....vagpuncher laid out some great rules that I agree with when it comes to this . not gonna list em but the key is be upfroont and dont lie....tell em what its for, and you will find a land lorrd who is down, may have to pay a bit more but better to be open than run into a problem llater on

most commercial grow ops where i live the growers don't rent :whistling: they find empty warehouses or derelict farms they brake in and set up that way if it gets discovered its just a loss of grow equipment and not a loss of freedom.

I don't think anyone really answered the OP's question. I am interested in this as well. What do you say to the landlord?
