Small scale here....16 clones from 8 plants. Have had good results so far with this 4 parts perlite - 1 part vermiculite mixture. Mist by hand.
Took these 11/26 so 8 days...6 of these are going in the compost pile tonight as I discovered 3 of my "females" have HUGE NUTSACKS now. So will know how the roots are so far by the 6 I am trashing.
Moved them out of my flower tent last night...and going to pick one to get pollen from and make a few seeds.
Not to hijack a thread...but y'all seem like good folks on this thread...for fun, if I post pics of the males.......help me pick one to get pollen from?

I don't consider myself a large scale grower . i just need a lb a month & i'm happy . I'm just a little overwhelmed here right now cuz i dropped way more seeds than i should have . but its been fun

evening ladydudes! got a water question for ya....im clueless when it comes to water cause my tap is absolutely amazing here.
Question: My buddy has really bad water so he got an RO system (i believe its 2 stage filters...finding out shortly).....he measured the EC of the "RO" water and it came out to 1.0. Only thing i can think of is where he is the water is VERY hard so everyone has water softeners to which they add salt.....again i dont know much about RO and water because i use my tap so any help is appreciated
Edit: Original tap comes out to 1.2 and after RO system its 1.0

doc i dont mean any offense here but are you taking up fat bike racing? if not then dont waste money on a racing bike,thats some serious coin there,i didnt pay that much for 3 bikes and i ride around 150 miles a week now...like i keep trying to tell you guys,race bikes are for racers,if you cant crank the watts out then those 1x10 and 2x10 bikes are going to be very hard to ride and will become an expensive dust gatherer...
i admit 3 bikes is getting excessive but at least i will find a way to ride all 3 bikes each week,im taking the road bike out tomorrow after i do laundry with the surly so between today and tomorrow i will be grabbing about 70 miles of riding...

Unk is right Doc, if your not racing or competing, that is serious coinage but they are incredibly great looking bikes that with no doubt can take anything you throw at it, you would be wasting your hard earned coins. But what a bike!!
Also if you have time go to the Dec POTM and tell me if I should be BANNED for my last post/nomination

The dinner I made tonight came together like a dream! This food was so good, I almost came, everytime I took a bite!
The Wild Sockeye was very, very slowly steamed on a stainless tray over filtered water and fresh lemon juice. because of this procedure, it was tender to perfection , with no fishy odor. Equal to what a 5 star resturant would be proud to serve.
I put together the Waldorf Salad , using, Gala Apples, Inner Celery heart ribs, and Seedless Red Grapes, over a bed of mainly fresh spinach, red cabbage, carrot, and inner heart of Iceberg lettuce. The dressing was Greek Yogurt, Mayonaise, Fresh garden Parsley, Fresh Cracked Pepper, and Sourwood Honey. The final touch was a good handfull of chopped Honey-candied Pecans over the top
