U.K cheese brightside cut ?

Hey everyone, still have never had the proper or a proper cheese selection yet but still dream of the day to try and possibly grow the real UK Cheese. Hope the debate can be put to rest one day at least. Only had the BB and GH version not the exo GH version and being in the US haven't ever had a chance to try it like some of you guys across the pond. Found a few nice plants years ago in that BB/GH stock when I 1st came to IC, didn't keep clones then but was very interested in the Cheese and have been since. Reading some of ya'lls similar descriptions about different cuts and myself not being very knowledgeable about the Cheese I would have a hard time knowing if it was right in front of me other than the main thing I hear is how strong the smell is. Seems most of the other cuts and crosses have most of the the telltale signs of the original like the strong smell, fox tailing and the double serrations also which is confusing. Also the same cut can give different end results in a variety of gardens and growing methods. Guess the only real way will be to wait til DNA test can be done on all the cuts to get things in order. This has been a long debate one that was going on before I ever made it IC, should know something by now. Guess all we can do is wait for the real cheese to stand up! Ya'll take care 1

So who's been chatting all the cheese shit then to mix everything up.....

Basically you got cheese, everything else is somewhat muted. If your Brightsides is a cross then what we all say about the cheese that it lingers wouldn't add up like this shit being chatted. Your growing a fake diluted cheese cross...

Basically there is no brightside cheese because the storys are BS and that makes mine Pre date his and set new percidence and a new provenance

Dave you haven't got brightsides cheese honestly fella ... I know what I'm looking for, your cheese is without a doubt a great example but brightsides is different .

When I know its the one you'll get it and then you can see what I'm sayin ... until then doubt me all you wish brother but the doubt will soon come to an end .

Haha Dave's funny... 1000% I had the BS cheese! No bs.....' Got from Er's Vicinity " Stunk to "High Heaven!" Toking did Equate to the Smell.The "abnormal" Strenght of the Smell was totally a Appetizer! The high was gr8 but so are many... .
A telling factor to me was the smell,, I can recall the thing Instantly (-big impression) So I asked doggon about his " DOES THIS smell more than the blue meanie (totally defining factor) and he said yea ! When I got 'em they had come loose from their individual resivoirs But There was NO smell! ?.... Sure Er's would of Stunk even at that stage. &%£#@ ???? Dunno!. Im expecting a little muted version! Gonna be interesting - have to keep tabs

B`s cheese is strait up sk1 ibl,,,,i sopke to him at lenght and in person about this,,,its kinda weired that you would say anything otherwise cheesegez,,it just a dirty afghan [mazari(ish)] sk1 throwback pheno aching maybe to roadkill skunk ,,a mix of sativa structure and black afghan berry hash,,,

that last pic in veg looks good,,seems like you might have cracked it for brightsides,,my only question now is what have you been looking for if its not pure sk1,,

ya never know bro,,you might be searching for something that is not brightsides?,,brightsides is the savoury end of the cheese spectrum

who brightside is and what he did is common knowledge between people who spent time in Amsterdam up untill 07 ish,,,him and Mr cheese were the only sources of cheese clones before buddah got his an started making seeds,,loads of people got the mr cheese clone and never tried brightsides,,, it makes no difference what is called cheese and what is cheese2,,the only difference is the displayed traits,,brightsides stunk more than anything ive ever had in my life,,thats the trait we are look for,,,thats the trait we miss most,,along with the other enchanting atributes brightside brings to the table

i dont proclaim to be a guru,,i just dont want brightsides to be lost,,,i do know what it should look ,,grow like and taste like,,but who knows for sure,,,since i dumped it its been up in the air,,seems like every clone needs to be checked now,,clusterfuck, but what can you do,,,try ,,

And that concludes that brightsides is the one I'm looking for ... I got the wrong end of the stick with piffs comment thought he meant brightsides was a cross , it would make a little sense to me only because I've grew so many exodus clones out and they don't have the same traits .....

Ric if the bud I smoked in 05 wasn't cheese then I'm simply dont know what is 😀

as far as i remember ,,mr cheese didnt have the brightside cut ,,cause when i passed the brightside cut to the brummies and mr cheese ,,they all said it was not real cheese .

in fact mr cheese wen i met him looked like a washed up smackhead out to rip people off

If it was so good, why was it dumped? the one I had which came as the brightside was a pain to grow in soil, it was very sensitive... but when dialed in it was great. I just wonder why you dumped it? I have a different one now that I don't know what it is, it's more floppy than the brightside cut yet very sim in taste and smell.

I run the exodus cut, well my mate holds my cheeses at the moment, but we have.
Cheese via exodus,
Cheese x NL via exodus,
Psychosis via exodus,
Psycho-berry via exodus,
White cheese (cheese x white widow) Norfolk cut,
Strawberry cheese; my cross, someone I gave seeds to gave me a cut back he called Terminator.

Unfortunately now though I have maybe had too much cheese. I have smoked cheese type varieties constantly and consistently for literally years. So now I am on a quest for new flavours and highs...

none of my cuts came via brightside.

most of my cuts came through making friends/contacts through parties/raves.

could you tell me if the cheese you have/had showed the 3 finger leaf shape in veg rather than the cut that shows 3 fingers and another leaf shape?

Yeah, 9 to 10 is best.
As Piff mentioned, its all most impossible to I.d from pics but yours looks good...the pic Virgin posted looks right too.:biggrin:
If she's reeking the place up and has the black hash taste, your on to a winner.

I believe Chimera is doing some DNA work with the cheese soon and hopefully will be able to identify the proper lineage...so if she is a Skunk#1 ( I believe so ) then maybe credit can be given where its due and people like Big Buddha can keep their ridiculous name of cheese and try to patent it all they like, lol.

What I'm trying to say there is that one of the cuts predominately through out more 3 finger leafs than the other cut, and one was stretchier (the one with more 3 fingers) I noticed people mentioning a nl cross and wondered if the stockier one was this.:tiphat:

The maple leaf is more apprent in brightsides cut :tiphat:

Any shit grower can make cheese stink strong. It's straight up stink,,,But It takes a master to bring out that afghan black hash berry flavour out...

i find if you roll a fatty dont spark her up just toke on it not lit my taste buds scream remember the old sweets black jacks

some pics bare in mind since ive had her i nearly lost her had to be revegged then had to leave with other amatuer growers as had no where myself at times shes had a beating but she still shines through
