I thought that was y it was so popular cos of the blue smell and a lot of people seem to think blues means blueberry , when there's no blueberry in it st all

ye I was hoping its berry. Ive yet to taste any berry in any weed ever. Found Cherry, Grapefruit, Lime but never any of the berry or really lemon others claim. might be something wrong with my sense of smell/taste.

Wow Spav,you've never had berry smelling/tasting herb? I'm amazed,I personally think it's about the most common fruit smell I've had in herb besides lemons/oranges. I don't know if my mostly leaving the plant to do it's own thing in good soil promotes it but I'd estimate at least 60-75% of the strains I've grown in the past 20 years smell somewhat strawberryish.
Some smell a bit like strawberry sweets,others like actual strawbs.

Nope, but then again I've never bought strains or collected clones that claim it really. Im going more by what others have grown that I've tried and thought "so how is that blueberry?". Same guy grew Grapefruit and you didn't need to be told it was so true and obvious. I have yet to sample a berry plant that delivers really, I'm sure they exist aplenty but probably more among more indica strains - Ive always been Haze orientated. I am hoping to try a cut a friend has - Cheese x Arjan Strawberry Haze that meant to be nice. Also I have some of the latest release of Tikal by ACE. Its meant to be Strawberry, Peach and Incense

BTW - hate to be boring and stray on topic but this ere Stoke/Birdman BSC is developing a berry sweetness... what do you reckon ppl????? Although I said it wasn't fruity or sweet, it does seem familiar. Its like ye I remember getting that note but never called it or saw it as fruity but i suppose it is. Still very strong though.

Maybe the first paragraph explains the second? maybe I don't notice berry type terpenes much and only with my nose pressed against a growing bud do i smell what others said BSC smelt like to them?

Tbh mate cheese can't be sold anymore I know it's a lovely taste if ya get a banger but meh horses for courses don't even know anyone who is running a "cheese" grow anymore as the market crashed on it

Gotta disagree , the original cheese cut that I'm still searching for holds up with GG4 and cookies all day long in fact it stands on par with most elite American genetics that I've sampled and grown out to date , but your right the cheese seen is dead but only due to all the different diluted cheese genetics like big Buddha cheese etc , this is not the original and far from .... the aim is to get this cut back in circulation to flourish the allow cheese scene once again

birdman's BSC is the last chance to find the original stink. if not that cut, than livers or bm, maybe psychosis. and than the game ends.

EnglishRick thinks Windows is a derivative of the original cheese clone he got from Brightside.

Ill put my next crop through the lab to get test results for yall... Even though I'm not a big believer in what they say.., I'm not gonna go into detail but I got very different results on the same flowers sent in to same lab same time labled with different names... I can do this one but I know I can do her much better next time around... She definitely don't need all the extra mg I've been feeding her but she's still doin good... The og keeps the light bill paid so I had to this run , next run ill have her with other skunk types so she will crush it...

I seem to be the only person who saw it but I do remember a newspaper article back in the early days of cheese and the police labs tested a batch and got 29%THC.

I don't give a toss what its market value is anyway cos I don't buy it or sell it, just grow it and smoke it. Strains/clones only have recreational and medicinal value for me.

I have GG#4 and a few others but I need variety to keep tolerance and boredom at bay.

I am one of those pessimistic folk that simply believes that 30% thc by weight is an impossibility for the cannabis plant..by that token you would be able to make 3 grams of sift out of every 10 grams of herb and in my experience it simply doesn't work like that.

with regards stoneys post,I have heard some stories that give me the firm belief that the labs are inflating the thc results to help dispensaries shift their herb as thc level is really all most buyers are interested in,rightly or wrongly.

30% of the resin's weight is what they are saying, not the plant. Ie. 10g of resin has 3g of THC - 30%THC

I have a kit that tests levels of the cannabinoids and terpenes but Ive never actually used it. Don't know why I bought it really. I suppose if Birdies cut seems legit Brightside, it would be another test that would add to the veracity of our claim to have found her - if birdies is 25-29% AND it roots fast, feeds light and smells crazy...
