never used a "Twister" before but couldn't imagine trimming without my "Trim Reaper" ever again.

I used the satellite before and to be honest I wouldn't use it on my indoor crops ever again. This big trimming machine to me are meant for big commercial grade outdoor greenhouse buds.. The buds when using the machine loses a lot of their aroma and not to mention the damage to their trichomes.

I've tried their Clear Cut product, which is basically just hemp oil. It works ok, but honestly I've had better results jsut spraying cold water on the roller. I'll spray it down every 10-15min while the machine's on, then the water transfers onto the tumbler, and it keeps everything nice and lubricated and you don't have as much resin loss. It's really a big difference. When I first got my machine I didn't spray anything on there cuz I didn't know I had to, but I talked to Twister and they told me to, and it's so much easier to keep clean now.

For cleaning, I use a pressure washer. Sometimes I get to use my buddy's hot pressure washer. It just melts everything off.

But as far as cleaning products, Simple Green works great but WD40 works best. Spray it on, let it sit for a bit, then hose it all down. Works great.

Yes, I dont have the machine myself (yet), but I found a presentation video of the T4 on youtube. In the description below the video, they also mention using icewater (destilled icewater) and run it in a colder environment to adress the resin issue as much as possible:

If anybody could tell his findings about how much one can get the resin loss down by following this advices, I guess many would appreciate that. Because 30% is definetely a lot.

Yes, twister trimmer is expensive but it returns money quickly by saving time and labor cost. It can do work of 15-40 people alone precise cut.
