We called it The Suck. “Fuck the Suck” was the grunt moto. I was a kid. You have to be a kid to do that shit. But it’s a brotherhood. People will go the distance for each other. To this day I keep in touch with some of those dudes. The Semper Fi thing is real.

When I got out of the Suck I went to Negril in Jamaica by myself for 2 months. I got high every day. Got laid by tourist chicks. Now I can look at it differently. I laugh when people thank me for my service. It’s a social programming…a propaganda slogan to help support the war machine. I don’t want to burst their bubbles though. I just say : cool yeah no worries.

Dude doesn’t even live on it. Owned it since 2018. Never even spent a night there. I have though. I kick him 20% of the harvest. He doesn’t even smoke weed. Just trades it for whatever. Good dude…stays out of my way. He’s hardly ever around. In Tucson now learning how to fly a plane. In May he’s going to Italy. I have it to myself…probably until mid June.

Progress. Long ways to go until it’s ready. Direct sow mid April.
