i hope a bunch of the GOP suddenly (REAL suddenly, and SOON!) develop a conscience and fucking kill themselves. preferably with ropes and stout tree branches...guns and drugs already have bad reps.

Trump's audio tape leaked... At this point, his boot likers and those that want the USA to stay divided don't care. They will still vote for Turd to further the divide or even cause another coup..


There is nothing else that could be said about Turd to change any minds. If he gets voted in our country deserves whats comes from that

Well it looks like Judge Aileen "Loose" Cannon has shown her hand prematurely. It is clear by the ruling she made yesterday against Jack Smith's motion with regards to keeping the witness list sealed, that she intends to always rule favorably for Trump. There are several reasons I say this, first of all Jack Smith's motion was just responding to the condition placed on Mr. Trump by a federal magistrate judge at Trump's arraignment. That condition was accepted by everyone at the time including Trump's lawyers. Jack Smith's motion was basically just sought clarification on how that should be handled since the magistrate didn't go into detail. Again even Trumps lawyers showed no sign of disagreement with what Jack Smith was suggesting. They're likely only to happy to be getting help from the court on keeping their client from further harming his case with witness intimidation charges. Now there was another motion file by the media who was arguing that due to the historic nature of the case the public had a right to know who these witnesses were. However since Judge Aileen "Loose" Cannon had already ruled against keeping the witness list sealed (going against the magistrate who would rule on an question of if Trump should remain free if he attempts to contact or intimidate the witnesses) she decided the motion filed by the media was moot and rejected their motion as well.

If Judge Aileen "Loose" Cannon had enough brain cells to rub together to spark an intelligent thought worthy of the position she holds, she would have granted the media's motion (since their was a fair argument to be made there given the amount of public interest in the case) and rejected Smith's motion based on therights of the public. By doing things the way she did, she probably irritated the judge who could change the conditions of Trump's Pre-Trial Released and simultaneously demonstrated that she fully intends to continue to make biased rulings in Trump's favor. An act that probably has gotten Smith to get the ball rolling on the process of getting Judge Aileen "Loose" Cannon removed from the case since she didn't do the right think and recuse herself lik she should have from the start.

It's so fucked up and ridiculous to watch anymore. The USA has millions of racist/bigoted/fascist assclows in 2023. If he gets elected that clearly shows most people are that and worse. Democracy or the Constitution doesn't matter when it doesn't serve them.

Well it's really no big deal since it was just the actual recording to the transcript that's been all over the news since the day the Special Counsel had the indictments unsealed. I mean all it really did was prove that the transcript was legitimate which everyone not trying to make excuses for Trump already knew.

The only thing that bothers me about the whole thing was the part where Trump continues to suggest Clinto emailed Anthony Wiener classified documents. when the reality is she emailed his wife who was her aide and then Anthony Wiener took over the laptop months later when his wife stopped using it and the emails already on there were forgotten about. Not that it's really a major point since Clinton was already cleared of her improper handling of those emails. It just bothers me because it's another clear example of Trump gaslighting the public thinking everyone is too stupid to remember the details of how Wiener ended up with a laptop with Clinton Emails on it.

I mean okay, sure, Trump's MAGA faithful are stupid enough to have forgotten those details and would fell for Trump's gaslighting since they're the same people who would chant lock her up on cue. Apparently Trump is too stupid to realize he doesn't need to keep trying to fool the MAGA basket people.

Yeah that's true, if Trump gets elected then the country pretty much deserves what it gets but so far nobody has really had to deal with the reality of a nation where democracy and the constitution doesn't matter. I mean yeah things have been messed up and getting steadily worse the past decade or so but there has still been some portion of democracy and the constitution holding things together. Nobody is prepared for what will happen once those things are completely gone. Not even the people that seem to be helping that to happen.

Yeah we all know that, we've known it several weeks now. We've been aware of the particular incident in th newly releaased audio for several weeks now. The only thing new here is we now have been given proof that they have the audio with Trump admitting his guilt in his own words and not just some transcript of a witness who said that the incident in the audio happened. Alll that remains is to...LOCK HIM UP! Of course given that he's a formr President and an old senile codger who will like choke to death pounding down MickyD Cheese Burgers with a Diet Coke chaser in the next few year, locking him up will likely just amount to him being confined to Mar-A-Lardo behind an ankle monitor. Still though...LOCK HIM UP!
