Saying you would do harm to someone coming in to your home is a far cry from plotting a murder and carrying it out.
People can say what they want about that CEO but no one can give any justification on why it’s ok to murder people for denying an insurance claim.
SSI disability almost always denies every initial claim. I guess it’s ok to murder all those people as well ?

Randomly being dropped off with a gun by your mommy in another and pointing it in people's faces while you have text messages and prior history of armed patrolling your neighborhood is almost the textbook definition of premeditation.
