A good portion of black folks think its as stupid as you and me do. The only ones calling for it are living in yuppie-fied urban shitholes that anyone and everyone can barely afford to live in

Not to mention the race war it would ignite. Make every poor tax payer fund something like that and it will build a world of resentment and violence. Smart democrats already know what kind of fallout it would create and thats why it is constantly shot down
