I was very clear that this is a separate issue from the trend; effecting some that even have female tissue wrapped around gonadal tissue, which is very difficult (that means 'hard' for the intellectually challenged). This can cause breast growth in boys at puberty. If you read the paper posted, you'll see this can occur 1 in 20,000 births. In girls, very similar; growth of body hair, deep voice, etc.
