I think we should all have an unlimited term life of running our own life, but not running the lives of others.
Political term limits are akin to the shitty weed legalization most States have. Better than old school throw your ass in jail for a joint, but still a far cry from actually freeing the weed.
As long as there are politicians held in place by a coercion-based system and shitty prohibition light legalization in existence now, neither the weed, nor people will be truly free.

I still see old school lack of term limits here. We just voted against them here in Ohio.
I make some that is just the cool blue hearts by running my heads off with the foreshots. The fusel alcohols are much more toxic, and thusly more effective at inducing hangovers.

If you don´t like either of the big 2, then you have to vote for some other. This is the only way you can let these two large parties know that they both suck! It´s the only way imo.
That would make sense in a sensible country.
I still think revolution would be more effective... but we can't even get our shit together enough to agree on freedom and liberty anymore.

If any other party or possibility included the guarantee "peaceful people are left alone" it might be worth pursuing. Unless / until that's included voting for a 3rd party will only mean some people end up with different lesser known people trying to control your life.
If you don't like being controlled by either or both of the 2 big, (can't blame anyone there) good chance you might not like being controlled by any of the "too small" 3rd, 4th etc. party political types either. A smaller plantation master is still a master, no?
Being a peaceful, but politically disinterested individual should allow a person the option of opting out of as much of the political bullshit as possible.
If you leave others alone you should have the reciprocity of being left alone, otherwise freedom isn't present. Disallowing that provides the evidence that political means (methods) and freedom are opposing concepts, regardless of the label or size of the political oppressor.

But my point is that you can show the 2 main parties that you are not happy with them and their ways. It´s the only (democratic) way to kick those guys up the backside!
They´ll have to take a look at themselves, rethink and change their ways and hopefully realize that times have changed and all of us, including their way (ie politicians/old, rich èlite) need to adapt and maybe listen .
No revolution with lots of blood please. Democratic voting is all that´s needed. Even if guys such as Trump say `they stole the election´ or whatever.

But we know how that turns out.
