I judge Trump, you take it personally, and you attempt vengeance.

I explain these facts and you get even more riled.

What seems to be difficult for you to understand is that it doesn't matter who voted how.

Trump is the president elect and he will be inaugurated on January 20th.

Let's see if you are capable of moving forward from here.

n Australia, the psychostimulant medications mainly used to treat ADHD are dexamfetamine, methylphenidate and lisdexamfetamine. Methylphenidate is available as a short-acting preparation (e.g. Ritalin®) and as a long-acting or extended release preparation (e.g. Ritalin LA®, Concerta®

ritalin is just a generic name porky

Of the two main parties, I see one that doesn't hate personal liberty.

You are seeing a mirage. Neither Republicans or Democrats fully embrace personal liberty.
Anybody who read and understood the Constitution and would actually defend and preserve it would have been a better choice.

Who should we have voted for ?

For me to completely answer, I'd need to explicate the question and write a boring (but accurate) diatribe. Most elections have baked in false dichotomy in them and play on emotions and fears and fervently held beliefs borne from indoctrination rather than critical thinking...

The only choices "allowed" were Trump or Kamala. Neither are the choice I like.

The disallowed option of me running my life and you running your life is my favorite candidate.
People should have voted for that option, but again that option has been removed. I wasted my "vote" on that option. Call me a dreamer, but I held to my principles.

For the record there is a lot I dislike about Trump. A lot I dislike about Kamala.

:D Mustard be laying out the gif bombs today. Something beyond sour bubble here chief
Youre not fucking with that biker wax that set armedoldhater off are you?

While transplanting cuts last night I had about ten bong hits and probably as many fingers of bourbon.

Thereupon I was asked to declare my party affiliation loudly and proudly... and I obliged... in spades.

The strain is Dawgbreath. It is not as tasty as Sour Bubble.

I see a side that accepts minorities and a side that does not.

It's a persistent mirage.

Good and bad people come in all colors. Politically speaking both parties include racists, but that's not meant to seek further back and forth on your point or argue with you. I take it as fact because that's what the evidence tells me.

I'm down with the MLK quote, the one about judging people based on the content of their character. I also judge systems based on the content of character (principles) and find politics to be wildly inconsistent and self-contradicting. Not to mention politics sanctifies coercion and violence against otherwise peaceful people. I don't want to encourage that shit.

To me the relevant point isn't which brand of master do I prefer? I prefer no master(s) for me and reject the political process that features that as an inseparable part of its business model.

Again, political actions themselves whether steered by Republicans or Democrats all assume you consent to them, even if you are a peaceful individual and prefer to be left alone or make other choices. That's a problem for me.

You don’t even have the freedom to not vote 🤷🏻‍♂️

That's a good point. Australia is pretty fucked on their "democracy", insisting people have to vote.
Then they point to the outcome and say 'this is what you voted for".

It's not much better in the USA though, since the "allowed" candidates are usually only two people. The option of "none of the above" is fairly limited, since which ever of the main two parties douche bags win, their ideas will be forced on other people. I'd rather maximize you owning you and me owning me.

It's like telling a vegetarian, you can pick beef or pork, but not a salad.

All that to say that there's two factions and one is accepting of minorities.

I totally agree. This 2 party system in America does have its limitations. Hopefully one day that will change.
